Men standing on balconies glaring and watching every thing I did. Made me feel very uncomfortable!  Dogs running loose. Room very smelly. One pillow for a king size bed. Pet urine spots all over floor. Have a no refund policy but did give us 1/2 back.

Horrible!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever seen. The people were rude and my room had more roaches than Donald Trump has money. It stinks the only thing good about it was when I left. I asked for my money back 5 min after I went to my room and was told only 25.00 was all I could back. So instead of leaving a rude little girl sprayed my room with raid and now I have roaches, can't breath and out 45.00 So please don't stay here these people need to be shut down.

Paying for filth

I spent 16 Years in a maximum security prison. And my cell was cleaner than this dump. After paying 45 dollars I was told I might see a roach, don't like them,but I just buried my mother and needed to rest. When I got to my room to INFESTED is the word for this place.... Hold on I had to kill a flee.... Ok I asked for another room and was told all the same... So I said can I have my money back... Only 25 dollars. Now this is 5 minutes after I paid him. So I paid 45 dollars for fleas, roach's,and a dope head to spray my room that now smells like raid.. So I'm asking you please,please,please do not come here and support theses people it needs to be condemned.

Would rather be in solitary

After a long day on the road, I asked for a quiet room and got one.  I note there are some negative reviews on this place, but here's my take.  Everything works, it's a great value as a place to get some sleep on a trip north or south and it's conveniently located.  There's secure locks, so you're safe, the curtains look new and block out everything.  Needed the front desk's assistance for a card issue and that was handled helpfully and efficiently.  The place is under new management and I think they're trying.

New Management is Trying

I'm usually not a complainer and this is actually my first review ever. This hotel was that bad. I'll start with requesting a smoke free room. My room reeks of cigarette smoke, and to top it off there appears to be holes from cigarette burns in the comforters I received. As well as hair on top of my sheets. Whatever I have my own comforter and sheets in my car. So I head to the shower. The shower lever that controls the temperature of the is so loose that it makes controlling the water temperature an intricate puzzle. Someone had pre-pissed in the toilet before I got there, and their soaps are stolen from the motel 6. I've got to say that I felt really safe, though. Minutes after checking in I was greeted with the police showing up to my hotel neighbors room. And the Guest Inn goes above and beyond on making sure that you don't feel lonely during your stay. They threw in complementary cockroaches! 

Honestly, I knew I should have just walked away when they handed me the remote to a television from the 1990s when I checked in.
