Needed room for evening on way to work destination Soon as walked in. They (Dot Heads) rudely said had no vacancies. Not lot vehicles  lotta  empty rooms  I dont like being like this  but , THIS WAST A FIRST  TOTAL BS.....DONT GO HERE

Very nice staff; room was clean and up to date; price was excellent as was the location. A couple of things that could’ve been a little bit better were the shower head and the water pressure. The shower head was loose and wiggly and the water pressure was weak but overall I was very pleased with my experience.

Nice place

I made reservations here for 6/26, checked in to a small but clean room with all standard amenities. Not too long after check-in, the motel lost all power. I hung out for a couple of hours hoping that power would come back, then decide to go up the road and take my chances. I checked out a bit before 10 PM, and did not request a refund. They called me the next day and told me they were processing a full refund!  I would stay there again if in the area.

Absolutely honest

Honestly this is a cute, clean little motel.  Nothing too fancy but it was all I needed.  Rather cute.

The lady who checked me in was a little odd, but she got the job done.  My stay was restful and uneventful.  I was in the room next to vending and the ice machine and I did take advantage of the ice machine, so I liked the location.

The town isn't bad, but skip the churches if you know what's good for you.

Not Bad for Southern Arkansas, One of the Highlights of my Time There

Dequeen Courtyard Inn is very clean and affordable.  This is a great motel for a small town with limited hotels.  I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. 

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they did a great job making me feel at home.

Good Motel

Work brought me to De Queen, and I was very apprehensive about the lodging choices.  I chose the Courtyard Inn based upon Tripadvisor reviews and was very pleasantly surprised.  The room was cleaner,  quieter, and had faster internet than some of the higher-end hotels I have stayed at recently.  Even the air conditioning filter was clean (yes, I pulled it out and checked).  Why a four versus a five?  The mattresses are basic, no pillow top or pad.  The pillows are basic.  Towels are basic (don't expect large and fluffy).  Sheets are basic.  However, the room was value priced, too; a good value for the money spent.  

The hotel is family owned and they work there; housekeeping staff are locals who are friendly and care about your experience.    As long as you are looking for clean, basic lodging without a lot of amenities, this hotel will suit your needs well.  Would I stay here again when in De Queen? Yes!

Pleasantly surprised

Great room for the price.  Don't let the cost fool you.  Great staff, really on the ball.  Smaller rooms then what you would expect in the big cities, but well managed.  The room had a king size bed, T.V., microwave, table and chairs, and a whole lot more.  I would recommend this  place for all your stays in De Queen, Arkansas.

Great Bang for the Bucks

We’ve stayed at this hotel more than 5 times. It is consistently clean and comfortable. Now, in the time of Covid, I feel very safe staying at this hotel. We already knew they keep their rooms very clean. This time, they have taken all the Covid precautions, with plexiglass at check in, all staff masked. Noticed them wearing mask and gloves while cleaning. I’m so relieved because I was very nervous about traveling but I slept soundly in the DeQueen Courtyard Inn. Individual a/c made me feel good about the air circulation. Glad I wasn’t sharing air circulating through a large building. 
The price cannot be beat! Great location with food nearby and a park to walk only about 2 blocks away. 
They have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker w/coffee, large TV w/all the channels, WiFi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and, of course, ice and vending machines. 
They also accept pets. 
The pool is not open.

Very Clean! Good COVID-19 Precautions. 

I have stayed here for the past week and the room is clean and well stocked with the basics. The owners came every day and cleaned the room made the bed and restocked. The room came with a 42” tv with Directtv with limited channels. There is a microwave oven and a refrigerator/freezer. There are several restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. There is a city park about three blocks away behind the Tractor Supply. I will say the buildings are a little dated but for the value and being clean it makes up for it, Good price , Good Motel 🏨 

Good inexpensive clean motel 

We stayed one night here.  The room was smaller, but big enough for our needs.  It was very clean and looked recently updated.  Very reasonable price and friendly check in staff.  This place is a great alternative to the more expensive hotels or cabins in Hochatown.
