Clean, updated, full kitchen, super comfortable bed, indoor pool, game room, fitness room, lake … what more could you ask for? It’s bigger and better than my apartment - I may just live here instead!!


Beautiful property

Our stay was so peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and we had a great conversation with front desk before leaving. We were so sad to go! But for sure will be coming back! Right in front of the water!

Our stay was amazing.  Great staff and guest rooms. We were there with a group.  We not only use our guest rooms but used the meeting rooms also.  Clean and well supplied.  Love the improvements they have made to the guest room we stayed in.  It is like a home away from home. 

Outsanding Resort

It was a birthday getaway for my son’s 18th. Room was good size, view was excellent. Location is great. Room wasn’t clean, but staff took care of it and had a nice stay. They are redoing common areas and the changes are lovely

We had an amazing stay here with the resort it was better then what I could have expected  from friendly staff to fun things to do great pool ,hot tub ,and arcade . The gym was pretty great too the room was one of a kind absolutely  stunning  I will 100% be back again for a pg family vacation  with my wife and daughter next time 

I Loved It  great Place

I’ve been visiting Delavan Lake Resort for the last 13 years. Never have I experienced this treatment. A family member of ours had 4 properties at one point but has thankfully sold them and now we rent the property when we do visit. We are here for Labor Day weekend, everyone puts their music on and as soon as we put music out of everyone’s comfort zone they tell us to put it down that because people are trying to sleep. Its 7:00pm but others had their music on. This whole property has changed and never felt so outcasted as a minority.

Save your money!

Have stayed here in the past and always been satisfied.  I had to check out early due to an issue with the unit I was staying in.  The front desk did not seem to capable of good customer service and I emailed the general manager who has not responded.  The inside of the resort seems really neglected with dirty odd smelling carpets and the windows in the pool area were very dirty.  The elevator was extremely slow and concerned it was unsafe.  The loud pool music was turned on at 7:30 am and didn’t let us sleep in after being kept awake by the loud guest above us coming in at 3:30am.  There was a pesticide or chemical smell in our unit and mattress uncomfortable.  The grounds were nicely kept and pretty view so it’s a shame the inside is being neglected.  The most disappointing thing was the lack of customer service and no response from management.  

Very disappointed

The rooms here are so cozy, it really feels like a home away from home! The kitchenette is completely stocked and everything was flawless while we stayed here. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature, and the game room was fun as well! We’re looking forward to coming back again and we’re already planning our next stay!

Perfect home away from home!

Been coming here for around 15+ years. Always been great. Last time was about 5 years ago and it was still nice. We just had another stay (our family rented 2 rooms) and it was bad. Real bad. Beds were all horrible, carpet in one of the bedrooms had stains all over it, showers had grout falling out, AC didn't work correctly, walls were banged-up, lampshades were cut-up (!), wires dangling behind the TV's, paint chipping off deck, missing screen door on one of the condos, and on and on. The worst thing was the water. The tubidity of the water was HORRENDOUS. It looked like milk. This was NEVER an issue in the past. They were VERY specific at check-in to mention that the rooms were individually owned, almost blaming the condition of the rooms on the owners.  The place just seemed "used-up". Perhaps some of the other rooms are better, but why chance it?? I don't think that we'll be coming back...

What happened to Delevan Lake Resort??

Condo was great.  Very clean and modern.  It is a decent distance from Lake Geneva - not too far.  Also convenient to access the water sports shop at the sister resort across the lake.  I was disappointed to find that none of the condos have a stove/oven, so our meal plans got a bit messed up.  My own fault, since it's apparently listed on the website, but I missed it.  Still have a microwave and refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher.  This resort has a hotel feel, but each unit is apparently individually owned, so no consistency between them necessarily.  Also, be sure to note what your balcony situation is.  Ours was very small, so the air conditioner unit was sitting on it - very loud and blowing hot air on the person who has to sit next to it.  Disappointing, since this was the primary reason I was willing to pay for a lake view unit.  Otherwise, I can't complain - beautiful property and helpful front desk people!!!
