Hi! After leaving a hotel in Atlanta where NOTHING was complimentary, it felt good to come to a clean hotel, with free Wi-fi, free breakfast, free pool and outdoor games & comfortable beds  Thank you Wyndham/Hawthorn Extended Stay!!!!!!!!

Quick & Easy ✔️ in!

The hotel and room were ok,.but nothing more.  The best features were the beds, they were  newer and very comfortable.  The worst features were the elevators,.they were painfully slow and there were no convenient stairs to use as an alternative.  The hotel.is old and on its way to being shabby.  Aside from the one efficient and pleasant staffer that checked me in at the front desk the staff is pretty bad.  The desk is rarely manned, the night clerk was  outside smoking and on his cell phone much of the time.  There was no one at the desk during check out only a plastic bin to drop the keys.   The cleaning staff were unpleasant and clearly uninterested in their jobs.  I overheard one employee telling another employee she refused to wear her name tag because they, meaning guests, don't need to know her name.  Overall the hotel is good for a night or two but not a destination or vacation properly.

Past it's prime

Clean room, friendly staff. We had a slight issue with our room. Spoke to staff, very willing to fix it and five us another room. We were very tired and declined the room but I was satisfied with the way they handled our situation. I will stay there again.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, check in was problematic due to technical issues with the credit card machines and did not have any body wash in the room when we arrived but room service took care of it promptly and made sure we didn’t need anything else.  Fresh towels were delivered every day.  Breakfast was great and well supplied.

Comfortable and reasonable price

The staff at this hotel were very helpful. I needed an accessible room for my 91 year old grandmother and they made it happen.  The rooms are very nice and clean.  The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel.  It has free weights, a peloton, kettle bells, mats, foam rollers and more. 

Great breakfast with lots of options including healthy ones.

Excellent hotel stay

The bathroom was disgusting, it looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Young man at reception was very unwelcoming and rude. Room looked nothing like the pictures and the Staff was very loud at night in the lobby so we could not sleep until around 11 at night. When brought up to them they kind of just shrugged and did it again the following night. There are nicer hotels just a few miles away who are more considerate, please choose one of those before considering this place

Terrible 

I visited this hotel with my family for a vacation. The experience was excellent. Danny was the best. She was very professional, and such a pleasure to deal with. I honestly do recommend this hotel if you are looking for a very clean and friendly environment. I give 10 out of 5 stars. Danny thank you so much for being a sweetheart. You rock❤️

Best hotel stay ever

I am not sure who is writing these 5 Star reviews. We just checked in and the pictures online are not what you are are getting.  This appears to have been a motel at one point that Wyndham decided to enclose to make it a “hotel”. See the pictures.  Oh and the TV is pixelated, we called the front desk 3 times. My husband finally went downstairs to get someone.  Bar is not open either.  Unless you absolutely need a room, skip this place.

Not worth it

Solid renovated hotel with good pricing. Rooms small but clean, great atrium lobby space, solid internet.  Front staff was very helpful.  Very firm on checking in starting at 3pm.  Good access to the interstate.  Would stay again but request an indoor suite.

Solid hotel

The room and bed were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good also. The approach to the hotel (grounds and parking lot) should be improved. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but they could make a statement by making it more welcoming. I thought it was great and a great price - but my husband only saw the approach and it made his rating much lower than mine. Only 1 chair in the room but the public area was very nice for eating carry out. Only a couple of cars in the lot on a Wednesday night. Restaurants and surrounding area pretty run down.  South Carolina in general was pretty overgrown/run down right from the southern border on I77.
