Randy and Lisa just couldn't do enough to accommodate our bus group of seniors. Their willingness to go the extra mile meant the world to us! 
The lounge and pizza restaurant are nice extra touches. but it would be a good idea to check the hours as they seem to vary.

Best customer service ever!

I like the affordable rates particularly for multiple night stay. Room is nice, little outdated. However it was uncomfortably chilly. Cranked heat to maximum. The pizza delivery and lounge were conveniently located within the facilities.

Business stay

Nothing here was horrible. The room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were basic, could use a better brand. The linins are nice and the room smells fine. AC blew cold and there is a heater in the bathroom. It was an average place that could be above average with a few minor details.... 

Average place 

first of all they turn the air conditioner off so when you get to your room it takes hours to get it cooled down. fridge is turned off also takes hours to get cooled down. The room smells like mold and you can tell by the bulge in the sheet rock that their is water damage. the room isn't clean by looking at the toilet cause their is pubic hair on it that isn't my hair color and in the bathtub. Had beatles crawling on my head at night. For the 76.99 dollar price for the room I wish they had a homeless shelter in town I could of stayed in.

spend an extra 20 bucks and get something better in devils lake. ND

I had lovely suite 121 it was was by far the worst place I have ever started in!!! First of all everything else in town was full. So I was locked to the bomb for 2 horrible sleepless nights! When I got my room key I drove over to my room outside the building was empty beer bottles and broken glass. I went side the was a stench that greeted me at the door continued down the hall when I got to my door i had to push with my whole body to open the old metal door that is need of some realignment. the carpet had wood chips or mulch like stuff that stuck to my stockings? I left them in for a few hours and they got dirty!! The fridge was shut off with The door shut it. It stunk like every thing else.The odor was worse in my room than in the hallway? I figured turning the air on night might help. I have the air conditioning unit a scrub down as it was filtly. Made ZERO DIFFERENCE I ended up going to the store buying Lysol i sprayed the unit outside of my room as well as inside. It seemed to be somewhat more tolerable. When I went to shower that even i found some of the reason for the stink the shower curtain is moldy the walls and ceiling is moldy U started looking up it seems to be in the entire suite. ( I stuck here the hotels are all full) I called the Front desk as there wasn't a clock in the room I was told to come over and get one.while there I told the person working about the mold and the mold shower curtain. I was assured they could replace it tomorrow. She was the only one there and could not leave her stoop.when I got back from  working all day plus driving 250 miles not only had no one made up the room moldy curtain still hanging in the bathroom. I used the  ENTIRE CAN OF LYSOL to tolerate the nastiest of this room. The beds were like sleeping on springs. When I checked out I inquired it be was the owner which he was i told him about my GREAT AMERICAN SUITE. His response was we are just so understaffed. We can find any one who wants to work in this town ? Not I'm sorry or even a lamer excuse!  Stay if you have to but I was being generous with giving this place 1 star.... It should get at best a 1/16th of a star.
