This motel totally lied to me about the pet fee. The fee was $50, which was not even mentioned when I checked in. They told me the rate was $103. No mention that the pet fee was half again as much. I feel totally ripped off. I didn’t know until I got the credit card statement. It doesn’t mention this at all at Check-in or on the Expedia page.

This is a great extended stay hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. I’m in town for work and coming back to this room is very peaceful, overall I’m happy I found this place and would recommend it anytime to my friends and family.

Clean hotel/Friendly staff

Do not stay at the WoodSprings in Dickinson, ND. Upon checking in for my week stay, my fiancé  helped me carry my things up to the third floor. Then she was asked for DL and was told she wasn’t allowed in their hotel without leaving a copy at the front desk. I told them she wasn’t staying and they said it was their hotel and they needed to know everyone that walks thru the door.  When getting into my room, housekeeping was still in there and finishing up last min cleaning, which was weird to already have someone in the room upon arrival. The room smelled funny and the flies were beyond horrible, killing at least 30-50 a day, I told the front desk and housekeeping only for them to tell me that flies were horrible everywhere. I work nights and I made them aware that I was sleeping durning the day. Every day someone else was knocking on my door, trying to come in but I had the latch over so they couldn’t. Then they sounded the alarms and again tried to come in my room. When I spoke with the front desk, they said they needed to “check” every room! Even after I explained I was a day sleeper. Between the massive fly problem and being woke up daily I decided to switch hotels early, I left without finishing my reservation. If you are a night worker, like many are in this area, I do NOT recommend staying at this disgusting place. I’ve stayed in hotels almost my entire life and never have I came across such a nasty place. To top everything the staff is unbelievably rude and they could care less about the guests staying here. Where I’m currently staying (in the same town) they don’t have such a fly problem.

Absolutely Terrible in Dickinson, ND

First room had hole in bathroom door, crushed can under bed, tv didn't work.  Said they didn't have an available room to put use in.  After I left a message on website, they found us a room and told us they would comp the room.  The night girl was very nice.  
 The morning girl was just the opposite,  she was rude, dropped an f-bomb she thought I didn't hear, blamed everything on the night girl.  Told me how much trouble she was in and they weren't  comping the room.  
I'm sure she covered herself even though the night girl tried to be helpful.  Not a great stay.

This hotel was very clean.  The beds were comfortable.  It had a kitchenette, which we didn't use.  Very quiet and lots of parking.  It did not supply shampoo but it did have soap.  funny oddity in the bathroom.  See photo.  About a half an hour ride to medora.

Road tripping

No hot water for 4 days. Lady said it was normal.other lady said she had been checking it and the temp was only 80 degrees.. A 6 inch mattress on a spring frame ( they got rid of the old NORMAL bed/ boxsprings) no maids except 1 time every 2 weeks.. all for the grand price of 1100.00 a month.. yeh DONT STAY HERE!! I would give it a zero..

Very nice hotel. I was in town on business and needed a place for a few days. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Would be great for extended stay. Has kitchenette but you need to supply dishes. Would recommend. 

Nice hotel 

Very positive feelings. Friendly staff, quick check in and out. Clean spacoius room. The room was equipped with tv, fridge, micro, coffemaker, hotplates and aircon. Free wifi and parking. No plates or pans - there are those at hand for extra fee. Some noise from interstate traffic. Very reasonable prices.

I enjoyed my stay.  It was relaxing, quiet and comfortable.  The staff was helpful and pleasant and made you feel welcomed. The room was very clean. It was like a home away from home. It was great having a kitchen in the room and a grocery store near by.  Also laundry facilities down the hall.

Clean and comfortable

I walked into wood springs and got a big hello. The lobby looked great, My room was great, and the people there are fantastic. Keke constantly singing and greeting every person that walks in. Regina helping me with all my needs and the housekeepers keeping up with my room. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Which is nice for us that are always on the road.
