The hotel has a very nice prominent location. The check in was smooth & easy. I stayed on the 3 rd floor. My room smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable & I had a great nights sleep. The shower was hot & perfect. Three towels in the bathroom plus the hand towels & wash clothes. Going down the next day morning there was a breakfast buffet set up which was quite filling & sufficient. Overall stay was very comfortable & perfect for the night. I shall be back if I visit the area again.

Great Stay

I would like to give this hotel a five-star rating because of its cleanliness. The room that I stayed in was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The room smelled fresh and inviting. The lobby was equally good. I enjoyed the little breakfast buffet & the coffee. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I shall visit back.

Clean & Nice

I, a deaf guest, was traveling alone and stayed in the handicap accessible room which has flashers equipped to alert guests that someone is at the door.  While I was staying in this hotel, the entire floor I was staying on was evacuated due to a domestic incident.  A man had barricaded himself in one of the rooms and made verbal threats to harm the responding officers.  Consequently, the SWAT team and a hostage negotiator became involved - all of this happening in the hallway outside my room as I was totally unaware of it due to the fact I couldn't hear it!  The flashers outside the door worked when I tested them so I know the hotel staff (the front desk staff knew I was staying in the room) didn't notify the first responders who evacuated the floor there was a disabled guest in the accessible room.  I complained to the hotel staff and while the front desk person was apologetic, the manager was dismissive.  He agreed to refund my money, however, I am still waiting on the refund back to my card.  I will never waste my money on this hotel again - traveling is stressful enough without having to worry you could step out into the hallway and find yourself in the middle of a hostage situation. 

Unsafe hotel & terrible job of accommodating disabled guest.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is friendly and efficient. It's close the highway and major roads, so there's a lot of traffic noise. Some rooms are better than others in that regard. Ask for a room on the quiet side if traffic noise bothers you. 

Good Value

How would you rate a no sleeping night, surrounded by heavy trucks noise climbing a steep hill and mattress only good for recycling or landfilling ? Yes that was a noisy traffic booth session. One positive note: the mini suite was large enough. Let's try their free breakfast now...

Convenient location next to the interstate on/off,, great parking, excellent customer service, spacious, comfortable bed, immaculate room, close to stores and restaurants, free breakfast, fridge, microwave, stocked coffee maker,  Loved it!  Always my first choice when I'm in the area!

LOVE this hotel.

Everything was clean the breakfast was great. The staff members are friendly. The bed was really comfortable. I really love the stay. I will be back next time to the same hotel. Bathroom was clean. The only thing was the enter it was I little complicated, because it was no sign.

Staff was fine. The entrance needs to be better defined. Signage is small. The room was clean although there were old stains on seat cushions that can’t be removed. There also were no usb ports for recharging phones and what not. 

Needs Updating

The Wi-Fi was unsecure. No password!!! Use at your own risk. Phone was not working but staff fixed it when notified. Staff was friendly. Hotel is showing signs of age. Rooms were clean and affordable. Just OK

Just OK

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, breakfast was served at the indicated times and was pretty good. The only real issue I and is the only entrance is in a really odd spot behind the building and the sign indicating where to go is not lit up and seems to be printed on some kind of plastic board so it's very hard to see at night. Aside from that I believe this is a fantastic choice of hotel for the area. Best Western was the runner up but their rooms are humid for some reason.
