I take pride in my reviews and feel this is one that's necessary. I did set up my travel plans for here, slightly concerned with the negative cleanliness comments and all I really needed was a clean room and freezer. I prayed.  I have been well traveled for decades and can tell you that for the price point and what I got, it was equal. I did get into one of the renovated rooms so it was pretty clean. Few negative things: walls are thin, it didn't have soap for my hands (or shower if you needed) but I had that with me so I didn't really care. This non smoking king room didn't have a small coffee maker and I had to take a total of a 15 minute drive to get a cup of coffee. It's all small easy things to fix. I paid a *total" of $66 for the room. All I wanted was a clean bed and space. I got a brand new shower which was lovely. The bed is modern looking, the sheets were comfortable cotton. My only issue is I felt like I was sleeping on a crib. The plastic mattress pad liner on this bed was ridiculous for grown adult. Every time I moved all I heard was plastic crinkling. I'm sure the mattress is old, nonetheless it wasn't very comfortable. The cotton sheets were very comfortable for the breathability. I don't think that for what I paid, this hotel is was unfair. The person who checked me in was excellent and overall feel like I would be back to this place knowing what I do.

Got the room over a (name your own price/discount website) HORRIBLE, shouldn't have booked that way and then ... it couldn't have been worse as I got a smooking room (me having asthma) and they simply claimed I had booked it (complete lie). 

they charge a ridiculous security deposit and the room is already beaten up.

Horrible and they don't care at all

DONT KNOW WHERE to start, just a s**t show , SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, pay a little more and don't fall for the low rates, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I have been across the country on road trips few times over and have never seen a place run like this one, front desk personal showed up in their under ware looks like a hatband and wife screaming  at each other and than at the guests !

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER - JUST BOOK SOMETHING ELSE

Booked for the cheap price but when arriving the front desk was very rude and demanded $250 for a deposit. The booking app said there was a $100 deposit so we were afraid the front desk was trying to scam us and pocket the money. We went fine the road to the microtel and the stay was fantastic. Our booking app tried to get the hotel to refund our money that same night and the front desk person refused. So she got $60 of my money for doing absolutely nothing. The place smelled horrible and was not able to be stayed in anyway. Just awful.

Awful Don’t stay

This place used to be a Knight's Inn.  Dunno if you ever had the misfortune of staying there; but they were disgusting 

I was impressed how nice the rooms were and how clean the rooms are now.  

They are certainly working at fixing up the property, but the rooms are Very clean and the linens were clean.  

I was not allowed to check in early, and that was kinda annoying. But not a big deal.

The owner was really nice, and I highly recommend staying here.  I had another trip with friends, that we had planned that had to be canceled because of Covid, but we had planned on all staying here.  

Was my last weekend trip Pre-Covid, and I really liked this place despite not being the most upscale of places.  And it was a great price and location!

So Clean

My wife and I were looking for a lower cost hotel while we interviewed/ explored the area. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with WiFi and cable included. It was a little dated, but I would say this was probably the most quality I got for such a price. The room was small, but exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and especially unbeatable given the price. 

Clean, quality lower budget hotel

This motel was not what I expected, but looked enough like it in the picture that I booked it.  (I used to stay in a Best Western on top of a hill somewhere around here, but it seems to be gone - at least I can't find it).  

This is a very basic hotel - outside entrances - scuffed furniture - "old fashioned" tlie bathroom that looked like mine at home - but the rooms were clean, had just enough amenities (Refrigerator and microwave, but I had to use my own hair dryer - there might have been one available on request - I don't know).  The "breakfast" consists of coffee and some packaged danishes.  But what do you want?  The wifi worked. 

The one complaint was the way the company handled my reservation.  It was my mistake - booking started one day later than it should have - and I found out about it too late to cancel - so I stayed at another motel for my first night.  But then, they refused to let me cancel the last night of my stay.  i went around and around with 3 different people in India before finally making them realize they hadn't made me give a credit card, so they couldn't force me to pay...  So they cancelled the "special deal" reservation which was about $40 a night, and allowed me to book the 2 nights at their regular rate ($65 something).  This worked out to be slightly less than the discount 3 nights, but gave me a receipt which would make sense to my employer :-) .  

The manager (from India) was very helpful in getting this straightened out and even came up with a nonsmoking room for me (after he'd said he didn't have any).  So I am happy with my decision to stay.  The picture of Ganesha (remover of difficulties) above the office door was comforting somehow.

Very good for a somewhat shabby, cheap, budget, out-of-the-way motel

All I wanted was safe, clean, comfortable. I got all that plus friendly service. This is a budget motel not the Ritz Carlton. Basic and well worth the money. Will use again! Very good housekeeping as well.

Great Basic Bang for the Buck!

This place is terrible. They normally charge $70 nightly rates and $40 to $50 for weekly rates. I caught them several times trying to go up on the price on my receipt. Im certain they don't know their original prices or they treat their rooms like gas and go up and down depending on business. I had a friend from work stay with me and he had used their pool. The next day they told me i had to pay $10 a day for him to use the pool. When i asked them why they told me if i didnt like it i could leave. I was told at the desk when i first arrived that their was a deposit for pets but the app says pet friendly so they are obviously scamming people. This place has a horrible bed bug infestation. I never had bed bugs in my home until i stayed at this hotel and having two kids this makes my blood boil. Ill NEVER stay in another motel again. This one is just as bad as the rest. Take my advice and spend the extra cash to stay somewhere else.

CHEAP!

My room lacked toilet paper; the refrigerator stopped working sometime overnight; the tv channels were lousy; and you don't even get those small containers of shampoo, etc., they put dispensers on the walls instead, like in a restroom at an airport. These people are cheap cheap cheap.
