What was good

Major interstates are accessible from the hotels location! That is one of the main reasons that I liked it. I can get where ever I need to be from where the hotel is situated.

What was bad

I've stayed at this hotel twice before, and both times I stayed here I thought the hotel was "super nice"! I liked everything about it! However, this time - and I don't mean to be a "Debbie Downer" about the hotel, I do understand that because of covid, service providers are short staffed, people just are not taking these jobs any longer - but .. it wasn't really as nice as it was when I stayed before. It was just .. ok. One of the reviewers on the hotel site mentioned that when they checked into their room - the room smelled like cigarette smoke - and it was a non smoking room. I had the exact same experience. It really bothered me. It was a whole day before the smokey smell left the room. I also noticed when I checked in that the room wasn't as clean as it was before. I also noticed the ceiling, there were signs of water damage - and I could see where they fixed it - or plastered over it - but didn't re-paint it. Overall, it was just ok. I'd be lying if I said I was not disappointed - because my last two stays the rooms were impeccable. I know things are hard with the pandemic and all, but I still think you guys can do better.
