Absolutely Disgusting! Do not stay here!  The room conditions are terrible! Blood on the bedsheets, hair on the blow dryer, spiders on the walls! It is not worth staying here only because it's the closet hotel to the Elkhart Show! I tried to make a complaint to the front desk and he cut me off to take a personal call! The front desk and managers are no help!

Room is terrible 

We live in Pa and travel often to Minnesota and Montana to see family. We have stayed at many many hotels and this was absolutely the best! Alejandro at check in really started by making us feel so welcomed…great smile and attitude!And.. she was always at desk! Not hiding in the back with a bell out front like a lot of hotels we have stayed!
Our room ( 2 queens) was spacious and clean! Air was already on and room was cool. Spotless bathroom with nice amenities. A/C worked great and easy to use. Tv was on and it said Welcome Frank..nice touch! Very quiet and two large prompt elevators. Ice on floor. 
Breakfast was delicious with large selection and kept well-stocked. Included spinach  and swiss individual quiches, scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs hot oatmeal with 6 good toppings ( walnuts,  granola, brown sugar, choc chips, craisins etc) in addition to waffle machine, yogurt, cold cereals , fresh bananas and strawberries etc.they even had Nutella packs! 
Check out was easy and pleasant!
We will be returning!

Absolutely Top Notch!

We were in Elkhart for a sports event. When we checked in, there were two minor issues in our room. The General Manager quickly came to our room and remedied both. The front desk workers were kind and helpful. If we are ever back in Elkhart, we will stay here again. 

Management is excellent!

This hotel was conveniently located for our needs. Good rates, good service. Breakfast was excellent both mornings - fresh fruits won me over, good muffin and bread selections and pork sausage and bacon. Good, friendly and knowledgeable staff behind the desk AND the general manager was around.

Good place to stay at exit 92 (there are lots of choices).

Very clean, nice bed, decent hot breakfast (coffee just ok), and very helpful friendly staff.  The only minor glitch was the ac/heat in the room.  Thought I set the ac at night and it was fine unttil morning when the heat went on.  Told the manager when I was leaving, and he said someone must have messed with the automatic thermostat, and gave me some extra points for compensation.  Would definitely stay there again.

Only tiny problems - almost perfect

Probably one of the older hotels on the block, but it’s also one of the best values.  Rooms are clean and well kept, which I can’t say for all of the other nearby hotels. Lots of options in the area, but I think this is one of the safer bets in the area.

Great value and consistency.

Perfect stay. Lovely decor. Comfy beds . Good breakfast. Friendly staff!  We did not find one thing to report other than perfection.  After a long road trip I could not have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable place to retire for the night. 

You'll be glad you stopped here!

Overall a good stay. I would recommend this hotel. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable room. Great beds and pillows. SO MANY OUTLETS. Wonderful, however, no USB charging ports, so bring your converters. 

A/C and heater are old-school under the window style even though there is a thermostat on the wall. Odd, but worked well. 

Be careful with the bathroom counter. I didn't think about it, but they use bleach on the counter. Excellent for sanitation and cleanliness, but I placed a sweater on a wet spot and ruined it. 

The breakfast is the standard fare, but the eggs were quite salty. 

A few minor notes specific to our room: We were in room 209. The door doesn't naturally close fully. The shower doesn't drain very well, but the water gets quite hot and it had good pressure. The television has the typical Marriott choices, but it was constantly cutting out. This made it hard to follow what was happening and was quite frustrating. The wallpaper in the bedroom is separating from the wall at the seams. 

Minor issues aside, it's a very nice hotel.

Would Recommend 

One night stay....very good....friendly staff especially the lady who checked us in. Room was clean and comfortable.  Good location off toll road.   We also enjoyed a good dinner at Chubby Trout restaurant within walking distance of hotel.

Great Hotel.  We found the hotel clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.  Great location just off the tollway, near grocery, drug stores and restaraunts.  Room was comfortable.  We will be back.
