Truly the most disgusting hotel/motel room I have ever seen or experienced.
If I saw this place as a set on a b grade horror film I would not believe it.
Add to the fact that the Owner charge me 30 dollars over the advertised rate because it was late when we stopped only adds to the insult. 
My daughter and I stayed there the night of Sept 3, 2017. 
I believe it was room 28 or perhaps 23. I do know it was the first room on the right hand side of the lower level, on the left wing of the hotel. 
As you can see from the attached photos the room was disgusting in every way, including stains on the bedcovers and a toilet that rocked on its base and was leaking from that area. 
I have never seen anything like this in a hotel room outside of a horror movie.
The owner charged us $79 dollars (30 dollars more than the Advertised rate) to stay in what should have been a condemned building.
I would have rather slept in my van if I was alone, but my daughter was with me.
She was quite traumatized by the level of filth and mold in the room and told me in the morning she didn't sleep a wink for fear bugs were going to crawl on her. 
When I approached the owner the next morning about the level of disrepair and filth he blankly stared a me and would not even respond. 
I was so disgusted with this place I reported them to the Nevada dept. of health and they are investigating the dump.

Hotel Horror story--a true nightmare

I was looking for a place to crash for a few hours before continuing on with my 17-hour road trip- you know the drill.  I went with the budget option, and it wasn't one of my finest choices.
Not that this property is horrible, it just isn't anything I would recommend.  The room was  clean, but sadly lacking in maintenance.  This means things like the wall paper is pealing (especially in the bathroom), the shower head sprays in every direction except towards the tub, and the furniture is a mis-matched collection of Bate's Hotel leftovers.  
To end on a positive note, the desk clerk was friendly; and the A/C worked.  It was enough to get me the rest that I so desperately needed.

It's All Kind of a Blur

Driving late looking for a good place to sleep, this was the place!  Very clean comfy bed, and the price was great!  Would definitely return, staff very friendly.  Included refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and free Wi-Fi.

The owner is super friendly but this hotel is not ideal for the Jamboree. It is about 3 long blocks from the event. The parking lot is slanted a little too much to make it comfortable for bikes. Beds are comfy but the air conditioning is loud, like having a jet in the room and it had to stay on all night. There is a coffee, donut, milk, juice, cereal offering in the morning.

Jamboree visit

We spent two nights lately with Mr. Patel and Family. Very comfortable King Bed, fresh linens and comforter. My wife and I lingered a little longer than normal for a rented room. Nice TV and sitting area.Free  WIFI worked, which was amazing in itself. Nice shower and lots of hot water. Toliet flushed off and on which was solved by closing the bathroom door. Breakfast never arrived, and the manager had to shop for coffee to get us kick started the first morning. We only paid 49.00 for the room the 12%room tax is a killer,but is not the fault of the innkeeper. This was a great place for the value penny pinching set.
