After more than a decade attending the Fall Festival at another inn down the road, physical restraints caused us to look for different accomodations.  We were able to secure a room at the Edelweiss that is accessible enough for our needs.  
I would not say they are ADA accessible; however, they are able to meet the needs of some with mobility issues if you let them know in advance.  There is a long, Sturdy ramp with handrails to get you from the side street or one of the parking lots up to the first floor. They also have sturdy, woden ramps that can be put in front of the doors on the first floor in order to get into a first floor room.  The first floor rooms are spacious enough to move around in a scooter or wheelchair.  Room 106 has a large bathroom with handrails & a handheld shower head and a large tub, which could work for some.  They also have a small bath seat that would help some who would need a seat in the tub.  There is access to the fire pit and during the swimming season, access to the pool.
The included continental breakfast is served in the basement and there is no access to the basement for those who have mobility issues.
The staff are friendly & helpful.  We look forward to staying again.

Perfect location, excellent hospitality

I have only positive things to say. Cute, charming, clean, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, plenty of hot water. Lovely pool. Fire pit to mingle with quests at night. Two minutes walk into a sweet, small town where all the shops unique and friendly.  We found lots of entertainment in the evening.  We went to 3 hopping clubs.  Lots of friendly people and dancing.  That was an unexpected surprise.  We want to go back for a longer stay next time.

Positively the Best!

Cute little place that's nice and in a great location.  My daughter and I stayed here for a race and the staff was welcoming and friendly.  The rooms were just right, clean and cozy.  Breakfast was light and simple, but a good selection.

Nice fire pit area outside, but due to the amount of people there and the activities they are partaking in, we opted to not join.  

It really is a nice little place if you are looking for a little getaway.  :-)

Great Place and Close to Everything!

Great location, clean rooms and a pool.  Our room was pretty small but newly renovated bathroom with a walk in shower.  Different room options, hotel rooms and cabins. There is also a firepit outside which is nice to sit around and meet people.  Could use a little sprucing up on the outside.

Budget Friendly hotel.

Hotel is a great location. We walked to all the shops,  bars and restaurants.  Rooms nice and clean . Very nice outdoor fireplace to gather at the end of the day. We will definitely use this property again.

Winter Blues Festival

This hotel is unlike any other. The photos do it no justice, but I completely understand because this place is out of this world. The gentleman at the front desk was beyond accommodating and helpful(he seemed like a true local). The location is 10/10, its a 3.5 minute walk to quaint village. The room was very large, and smells of fresh mountain air. Points for in room mini fridge, you can fit exactly 42 beers + two 4lokos and a small cheese tray. When you wake up, it feels similar to waking up at grandmas house minus the fresh cookies.

No wonder the salmon swim up stream to go to this place.

AN EXPERIENCE OUT OF THIS WORLD

The location was perfect! The bed was very comfortable. But I  would not stay in that same room again.  It was much too small for the two of us to walk around each other around our luggage on the floor. But I would stay in the main house again,  because we visited other friends that were staying there and that was definitely where we want to be next time.

Great location

From some reviews i was expecting a lot worse than what we got.  Room was clean and spacious.  Within walking distance to downtown shopping and dining.  Even with the cold weather the walk wasnt bad at all. 

Could have been worse

There's a reason the rooms are half the cost of other establishments. Go in with low budgetary expectations. We stayed in an Annex building.
Pros:
*LOCATION cannot be beat.
*COST 
*RECEPTION desk lady was friendly.
*MATTRESS was clean
*TOWELS were clean
*FIREPIT a nice amenity

Cons:
*BROKEN t.p. holder in bathroom & toilet seat.
*BROKEN door to bath wouldn't close.
*CHIPPED tub. 
*DATED all around
*RAMP to reception area was compromised. Will not survive a heavy snow.
*NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

Again, I am giving 3 stars because I anticipated this type of circumstance. To be truthful, Edelweiss was better than I
 expected. For a bunch of guys on a golf weekend or college students it's perfect. If you want to impress your lady stay elsewhere.



"It is what it is"

My room in the lower Annex was adequate for a single guy, but shower/tub area could use a bit of TLC for appearance of tile gout and a dollar-coin sized tub chip that a lady would be likely be uncomfortable with. The breakfast could use a couple more items. Addition of cheese and cold cuts would be most welcome.
