the boss and the workers are REALLY nice and helpful. i stay here for DSS and i don’t have ANY complaints. they don’t bother you, they’re always there to help. when i checked in for dss on 4/13/22 the guy was really nice and had a smile on his face. house keeping does a great job as well, it’s always clean here.

Reading some reviews not sure its that bad. I come over for a friends wedding in 2008, and I stayed her. The staff were friendly and got my Kilt Cleaned and shirt done and I did not have to pay for the service. 
So having to go back to the area for a christening, I decided to book it again.  It was what it is, a budget hotel. not expensive,  has a TV, Fridge, Kettle/Come coffee maker, Bath/Shower. The bed was clean and comfortable, and we stayed 2 days. We were only ion the hotel late at night as we had a busy schedule.  Its not much different form my last visit, but it did what it said on the tin.

Budget Hotel So dont expect to much Luxury.

I would not recommend this hotel to other individuals.  I had called ahead to make reservations and experienced a lot of problems.  The clerk did his best to accommodate me but it was still a totally negative experience.

A quick late visit - had to use cell-phone twice to get directions.

Simply put, this place was dumpy and dirty.  The carpets in the room had to be 40 years old. Light fixture hanging from ceiling. TV volume would not go up or down. Heating/Cooling unit was loud and inefficient. More importantly, the room looked nothing like the photos here. And by the way, I could not get the wifi to work.

Photos are misleading

This is exactly coorect as identified. It's a DSS landing zone. If you are on vacation with family or travellping for business, do1n't even think of staying here unless you like watching emergency vehicles on a rotating basis.

Don't Do It

Me and my family were in a fire so DSS had to do an emergency stay for 1 night. It was fine but the next day my daughters and I went to DSS and they paid 12 days for oldest daughter. Since staying there they keep harassing her saying myself and my other daughter was staying there and she will lose her housing. We were not staying there. We left when the guy told us to. We came back the next day to get our stuff. We walked from a friends house on oak hill ave where we stayed for one night and I ended up going to the hospital because of my heart from all of the stress. The boss is a liar and my daughter doesn’t deserve to be lied about when she’s quiet and doesn’t bother anyone. She has been following the rules and always keeps the room clean she sent me photos of it. The house keeping lady went to my daughters room and she didn’t see anyone in there but my daughter who’s on the DSS papers. She’s a witness.  A horrible experience and the wifi doesn’t work!

Do not stay here

Try to stay at Knights inn hotel in Endwell.
The arrogance started at de counter when they asked if we have cats and we are not allowed to cook in the room, the last thing somebody can do in a very dirty room ,with a foul smell of old socks and urine.
The door lock was not working,and when i asked for help ,the poor guy in charge say that was a old problem and he said that fortunately the ground floor window is open and after he removed the mosquito cover he climbed half  inside and opened the door from inside.
He said that I have to follow the same procedure because no one is available for repairs.
Heat was not working properly and they said that is to cold outside 0 degrees and the heater is very old.
Tv not work for remote has no batteries,and was almost no lights but they said that will bi fixed by evening.
I cancelled the room and I moved to Econolodge .

Horrible experience

Do NOT stay here. The non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke, the was a woman with 4 kids begging in the parking lot, the toilet was leaking on the floor, the screened window had been cut with a knife and the room was FILTHY. I have stayed in better places in third world countries.
Oh yes-and the woman at the front desk could have cared less-she was more interested in her phone.
BTW-according to the other ratings the internet does not work here-it was the same during my stay.

Bates  Motel

I needed a place to stay do to the impending snow storm and since my jobs were cancelled I decided to find a hotel nearby until I knew where and when my next assignment was.  Well I must say this was a terrible choice.  The room was sub par with the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling.  The floor was wet with something and the wifi did not work.  They could not even plow the lot and everything just seemed dirty.  I decided to make coffee and went to pour in the water to find brown sludge inside.  Let's just say I was no longer in the mood for coffee or anything else.  I was stuck there for two horrible days.
