This B&B, with an address of Main St is actually on Rte322 which is a very busy route. However, they have a nice area on the backside of the building with flowers and gardens that completely shields you of the street noise.
This B&B is a historical building that is very nice on the inside and well kept. The rooms are clean, safe and comfortable.
Having a brewery / restaurant on site is definite plus and it has a nice selection of food to pick from.
The breakfast was very good, although for us the only negative is it is served at 9 in the morning. My wife and I are up at sunset, so actually did some things in the area before breakfast. They only offer brewed coffee at breakfast, the rest of the time there is the instant (Keurig) machine available which is subpar, and no cups to go....
But overall a great experience

Nice Place to stay

We had a terrific time on our 1st visit to this Inn. Each day begins with a hearty, delicious homemade breakfast, providing a great base for a 75-minute drive to Gettysburg or shopping in pretty nearby towns. There are many day trips available and returning back to the inn for a tasty meal and fresh craft beer is the right way to end a fun filled day. 

There is also an 8 mile trail with online bike rental options in the center of Ephrata near State street for the exercise inclined.

Denise and Bob are great hosts, and we had an enjoyable time staying at their special inn.

Great spot for a busy long weekend

The hosts Bob and Denise are great, this B&B is perfectly located for antique shoppers or just relaxing. The breakfast is fantastic and more than enough to carry you till dinner.  We enjoyed dinner at the attached brewery, everyone was very friendly and the food was great.  Highly recommend this for couples.

Great start to Memorial Day wknd 2022

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in the Tranquility suite.  We loved that there was a brewery on-site and there are two other breweries only minutes away.  Denise was so friendly and we quite enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The beer at the brewery was great. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and cozy. It was just what we needed.

Relaxing getaway

Such a cute B&B to visit for an anniversary weekend.  Hosts were great, friendly people.  Breakfast was so yummy. We stayed in Tranquility House and loved the space.  A few steps to a brewery with good food and beers.  Walked around town and lots to see and do.

This place should be billed as a BnBnB. Bed, Breakfast and Brews. My girl and I stayed in the Patriot room. 3 floors or beautifully decorated comfort. The showers a little tight as I'm 6"2 but we managed. Fresh fruit and homemade breakfast. Not eggs and toast. I'm talking veggie quiche, oatmeal bake, scones and fresh, warm apple crumb toast. Totally the kind of breakfast you wouldn't be cooking for yourself. 
WAIT!!! It gets better.  

 Not only is it a BnB but they own the brewery on site.  Black Forest Brewery.  Cold, delightful Ales,IPA's and Stouts. Something for every beer lovers tastes.  

Truly an extraordinary experience and can't wait to return.

Super friendly family owned BnB

We stayed at 1777 seeking a relaxing weekend in Dutch Pennsylvania. We were very pleased with the Inn. We stayed in Le  Boudoir which was decorated to perfection. Olde World charm and huge attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfy. The room was clean. Breakfast was thought out, delicious. The owners were highly attentive to food allergies. As a bonus there is a restaurant/brewery right on site.  This place is a gem.

Peaceful, Relaxing, Classy.

My husband planned a getaway for us to the Amish Country and found this lovely B&B for us to stay at. The Inn was was very welcoming and well cared for. We arrived in the evening and check in was easy. We stayed in The Patriot Suite which was spacious but  cozy at the same time. The unit had had a great Jacuzzi tub and a gas fireplace for ambiance.  Free Wi-Fi, Live TV in bedroom and living room area. 

Breakfasts were yummy ! Fresh squeezed OJ, fresh baked Chocolate Zuccinni bread, Caramel Apple French Toast one day and the Quiche Tarts the next. We were impressed with the fresh fruit bowl each morning as well. Have to say that the cooking is top notch and fresh brewed coffee was perfect.

Owners Bob and Denise were very gracious, spent time chatting with us and making a connection with us. If we are in the area again, we will be back !

Romantic Getaway

Our stay was everything we expected and more. We stayed in the Primitive place room. Our room was very spacious but cozy at the same time. The room and entire house was beautifully decorated. The breakfasts provided were fantastic...caramel apple French toast was our favorite! Bob and Denise were very friendly and extremely helpful with directions or suggestions for things to do. We hope to be back soon!

Anniversary trip

Room was beautiful with a nice relaxing Jacuzzi tub !!! Food was amazing in both the on-site pub, and the morning breakfast. Quaint B&B&B. Owners were so nice and accommodating. We cannot wait to visit again !!!
