This B&B could not have been nicer!  The setting is lovely overlooking a little pond and farms.  I was there with 3 girlfriends for a girls weekend.  We each had our own room.  I stayed in the Lincoln room which was very charming and comfortable.  Nice bathroom.  My friends all liked their rooms as well.  The downstairs sitting areas were also very nice.  Breakfast is included, and is served in a beautiful dining room.  My friends loved the breakfast which was beautiful coffee cakes, stuffed french toast and a slab of ham.  I personally do not eat ham and also eat a very low sugar diet, so the only thing I ate was some fruit.  (The B&B is certainly not to blame for this).  And lastly, the owner Cheryl was very nice!

Lovely place!

I stayed at Cheryl and Barry B&B for one night it was really nice ,they're friendly and courteous,it's a home away from home. I stayed in the princess room overlooking the pond lovely. The breakfast was nutritious  tasty and healthy,they were really helpful and kind I would surely recommend it to anyone interested.

Barry and Cheryl are the most amazing hosts. I stayed for only a weekend, but wished I could stay longer!! The B&B is situated on a quiet piece of land, surrounded by farmland and woodsy area. Decor inside the house is incredible, and the rooms are absolutely beautiful!! feels like something out of a magazine ;) If you happen to be in the area and need a place to stay, definitely pick Clearview!!! :)

Loved it!

Our hosts were amazing and hospitable. The rooms were beautifully decorated with unique & stylish antiques giving the true "old farm house" feel coupled with modern luxuries. Though our large group booked all of the rooms we never felt cramped and did not hear the noise of anyone else while in our rooms. The B&B is very spacious and had plenty of places to go for privacy and peace. In short we could be as engaged or as disengaged as we wanted to be. Perfect for a tranquil getaway! Has beautiful exposed stone and brick wall. We were on the 3rd floor yet somehow the central air brought the amazing smell of breakfast up to us. Never overpowering but perfect enough to anticipate a wonderful breakfast!

Refreshing Peace & Tranquility

We stayed one night on way from Finger Lakes region to Washington DC.  Charming farmhouse and lovely hosts.  Nestled in Amish country and convenient to Ephrata and Lancaster.  Our room (the Garden Room) was clean, quiet and comfy, with small, ensuite bathroom (shower and lavatory - sink in main room) and free wifi.  FYI, there was no TV or ironing board in the room, not that we needed these or expected them.  Cheryl provided summertime refreshments on arrival (watermelon juice and cookies), which was a nice touch.  We had a lovely evening meal in the nearby town of Lilitz based on Cheryl's recommendation, and we had a hearty, home-cooked breakfast the next morning back at the farm - enough coffee/tea, cakes, and quiche that we almost didn't need lunch that day.  We would definitely recommend.
