After waiting 30-45 minutes for any service whether checking in or getting clean towels or checking out. The bedspread was filthy and full of cigarette burns, the pillow cases appeared to have black soot on and underneath them. Cigarette burns on all the furniture.  But we decided to stay anyways as we were traveling with cash only and this limits the hotels you can rent. We were asked to pay a $50 cash deposit for incidentals, we obliged. In the morning we asked for a late checkout, hotel front desk agreed 1 hour extra making checkout 12 noon. When we left at twelve noon they refused to give us our deposit back stating we didn't check out on time at 1100. I'm assuming she needed 50bucks for her own pocket. So if you like nasty rooms and being ripped off this is the place. But if you like clean,safe,honest,fair pricing, this is not the place for anyone especially if you have kids.

Place is a junkys dream come true , even the lady in office is on heroin and shes rude , allowing drug attics to sell drugs in parking lot in front of kids had no problem when I said something to her about it .very unsafe bad hotel .

The name "Executive Motel" is sort of a misnomer here. "DECIBEL MOTEL" (all caps for a reason) would have much closer to hitting the mark. We had the misfortune of being assigned a room right beside a couple whose happiness is apparently entire dependent on volume -- volume which gets cranked up instead of down. No exaggeration here: The windows in our room were literally rattling. And after repeated complaints to the management from us, the people on the other side of the offending room, AND the folks staying in the room directly above them, management steadfastly did nothing about the problem. It was close to midnight when all of us fellow overnight guests descended upon the problem people en masse in a nasty confrontation which, nevertheless, got the job done.  Meanwhile, management still never lifted a finger. For $66 a night, I didn't expect a 4-star hotel -- just a place to catch a few hours sleep on the road (though, I'll admit the gum on the top of the headboard was a bit of a surprise -- it'seven visible in the photo). However, I likewise didn't expect a rock 'n roll concert with a band whose amps obviously go to 11.

As for the actual trapping in our room, I'm certain the furniture was all brand new in 1966.  Well, all except for mattress. It's older.  Too bad I can only post photos here, and not audio files.  They would have MUCH more representational of our stay.

Yes, that’s how bad it’s. I can’t believe Priceline shows 4.5 out of 5 or that PL even shows such garbage in their site. Because that’s what it’s a dump. We were given room #10. When we opened the door it smelled like mold. My wife took s as look at the furniture (it was all chipped) and immediately said “let’s go somewhere else. She then lift up the bed covers, which had cigarette burns, and the sheets were dirty! And the pillow cases were wrinkled and with hair, as if someone had just slept in it. Immediately we walked out, called PL to get a refund, gave the key back to the attendant, rings him how nasty this place was, and all he said was OK. I tell you folks avoid this place like the plague. I think I’d would’ve stay there we would left with bed bags marks and with some to bring home. Shame for PL to even list this rat hole.  Lucky we walk across the street to Signature Hotel, which just got renovated and it was really beautiful inside. It was $132 for the evening but it was well worth it. It was super clean and you got a microwave, fridge and a Kuric in the room, water bottles, a coke and some munchies, all included. The attendant even upgraded us to the king size bed for the same price 👍 Check it out

Even the rats wouldn’t stay here

I can't even begin to imagine an executive staying at this place. A more appropriate name for it would be “Rat Hole Motel”. If you find you have to stay here be sure to avoid room 13; although designated a non-smoking room, chain-smokers in the office immediately below waft up so much tobacco smoke I wouldn’t put it past them to debit your credit card a whopping “smoking cleanup charge”. I rated it one star instead of zero stars because of its “convenient” location just a couple of blocks from the disgusting enclave of tent dwellers in the park underneath the expressway.

Nothing at all like the photos online , what a gross nasty place , fingernail glue on bedspread, scared to take off socks 🧦 writings on the mirrors ,, trash outside on walkways , reaks of woman of the night and drugs ,,, nastiness in the real world!!  this was only missing the cockroaches 🪳 next door motel same owner

One of the 3 worst motels I have ever booked in... So bad I did not stay the night.

I booked a room through Expedia because I was working entertainment at an event that was going to run well past midnight and didn't want to drive 3 hours home after. I didn't need anything fancy, just clean, safe and reasonably comfortable.

While checking in, the other guests that I saw looked way too much like characters on COPS, and I don't mean the ones with badges! Sadly, the motel staff was not much better. I didn't have time before my gig to start looking for something else, so I checked in at about 6PM. 

The place seems to be a regular problem spot with local police due to the clientele. I was required to sign a waiver notice for evictions due to drugs, fights, loud noise, intoxication, etc. 

Entering the room, the smell was distinctly like "stripper's perfume", if you know what I mean. The bedspread looked like someone had been walking on it with filthy bare feet. 

I had been driving for several hours, and still had to work most of the night, so I pulled back the dirty bedspread to take a nap. After about 20 minutes, I heard a loud argument between one of the managers and a guest about whatever they were doing in their room. 

Getting ready for my gig, I didn't feel safe leaving anything of value in the room, so I packed it all back into my car. At that point, I decided that I would rather drive through the night after working, than come back to Executive Motel. 

$93 for a 20 minute nap!

Location is questionable.  

Staff are not professional or respectful.

Both our rooms were dirty.  Bedding was dirty and full of holes.  Carpet, furnishings were worn, cigarette burns/holes, dirty.  Our "non-smoking" rooms both smelled like smoke.

We originally booked for two nights and left after one because we did not feel safe or that we were staying in a sanitary, clean, professionally run place.

Not recommended.  We left early.

Price of $60 for sub-standard, non-confortable room. Not close to good restaurants. Hard to get around this location because of one-way streets. Owner, staff and soon were rude because of room complaints; poor signal wi-fi, shower breaking and splattering water in shower room. Don't come here.

Dont' stay there...You'll be sorry. Subpar room, location, wi-fi, and staff.

The last budget hotel on our road trip to Seattle.  While checking in the woman was rude at first, but lighten up a little as time went on.

At first the room appeared to be clean having a lysol type smell.  The furniture was on the cheap side with plastic chairs for the table.   The pillows are paper thin, the bottom bed sheet is not fitted and isn't wide enough to be tucked in on both sides.  The floors are a cheap laminate that haven't been cleaned for quite some time.  There as only a partial supply of toilet paper with no spare roll.

In the morning tried to take a shower, but no hot water even after running the water for a couple of minutes.  This partially filled up the tub so had to play with the drain for quite some time to get it to drain.  Finally got semi-luke warm water and took a very quick shower.  My wife decided to forego taking a shower.

By the time I got to the bed to put on socks I had to go get a wash rag to clean my feet before putting on socks.
