My husband and I had a quick late week getaway and stayed in unit 2, which is Gypsy. This condo is so cutely decorated, with every amenity you could think of! (And ones we didn't - umbrellas!! Thank you!) The location is just perfect, with an easy walk into town...5-7 minutes, maximum. There is a very large common area/deck that has great patio furniture and bar stools that I very much enjoyed my morning coffee watching the cars and motorcycles roll into downtown for the weekend. 

The owners are Chris and Jennifer, and they are so easy to schedule with, never lacking in communication. They even had mimosas waiting for us to celebrate my birthday trip! Classy touches all around. We look forward to returning soon!

Our stay in #2, Gypsy!

Wonderful.  Conveniently located.  Clean.  Decorated cute.  Owner Gi Gi (not sure if I have the spelling correct) was more than gracious and helpful.  Really exceptional find with all the little details adding up to a great experience (fridge, toaster, microwave, snacks, coffee, etc).  We stayed in unit 3.

Exceeded our expectations....

We found our room at Bella Paradiso to be clean and well furnished.  The location is close to a trolly stop, and within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants.   The outdoor seating areas are very comfortable, with a large patio.  Unfortunately, being on the main drag into the Historic Downtown, it can be noisey with the occasional string of Harleys.

Week long stay in Eureka Springs

Not set up for disability or elderly. Bed very high and hard to get into. No place to put suitcase. No one wants to put suitcase on the floor. The toilet is way too low. The coffee pot is to small it doesn’t hold 2 cups.  The sofa is far too low.  The table and chair to high. It was very clean but very little trash cans.  No check out instructions. I text and called nothing.  Co$$t way way to high for mini condominium.

Avoid if you are older or have back back or knees

Was terrible! The floors were nasty. Hadn’t been properly swept or mopped. Cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom and in the shower with a dead spider. Cobwebs in the windowsills inside and out. Dust all over the furniture. I actually wrote “dust me” on the bookshelf fireplace  thing. Layers of dust on all art work. Caked on dust on the ceiling fans. The corner where the armoire is where the lamp is plugged into a power strip hadn’t been cleaned in years it looked. The window were so dirty you could see the film on the from the inside and out. Called the property management to inform them and proceeded to tell me they would call the owner to see what to do and would call me back. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Never tell someone you will do something and not follow through!
