This hotel was very nice and the price was nice to! The room was clean and it didnt smell.  we had to ask front desk for washrags and coffee but that is understandable cause people take towles and washrags. The lady at the front dask was very nice and tried to help in any way she could. She was the nicest person. They didnt have breakfast but for us that was no problem cause the price was worth it.  The hotel was close to The Passion Play wich was a plus and easy access to the rest of the town. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Great place Great people

A great place in a very busy town.  Eureka Springs is all about the tourists.  Reasonable price, well kept older motel.  Clean interior, mini-fridge, microwave, good TV.  Room was clean, carpet soft (non sticky gross).  Beds were comfortable, not too hard.  Air conditioner was difficult for me to figure out.  Wouldn't keep going through the night, may have been user error.  Front desk was very helpful.  We had booked the wrong weekend, and she took care of it for us.

Couldn't be happier with my stay.  Room was clean and it was quiet.  Everything worked and the staff was easy to get ahold of via phone if needed.  The price was great, I was very happy with my time stay.  I would stay there again for sure. 

Great experience.

The owner was very nice and helped us check in last minute after getting a referral from anothermotel that was already booked. The Regency was very clean and well cared for. Couldn't ask for a better local motel experience. 

Great little motel

The hotel is very charming.  It is one of the cleanest we have stayed at.  We will definitely stay at The Regency again.  The manager is super helpful and is actually glad to help you.  Highly recommend.

Excellent experience

My sister and I travel to Eureka Springs every year and continue to stay at The Regency Inn.  The service is impeccable and the owners are friendly and available for any concerns that may arise.  If you are looking for a reasonable motel with a great staff, this motel is for you.  Other motels may have a few more amenities but when it comes to customer service, The Regency is number one, hands down.  We’re looking forward to staying here again next year.

Great Place to Stay in Eureka Springs

Even though we called on quick notice, they made a room available.  It was noticed they were full for the entire month of October.  That is a good sign. The room was VERY clean and smelled fresh.  Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the attractions.  This will always be our choice of hotel in this area.

The owner was very friendly and was a great help when we needed anything. Room was excellent and clean. Will stay there again. Would recommend this place to everyone. We even got a good deal on our tickets for the passion play, food buffet and holy land through the hotel. 

Friendly and very clean

Last minute trip to Eureka Springs and the Regency Inn was very accommodating.  The owners are always eager to please and we love seeing them every chance we get to visit Eureka Springs.  The room is always clean and comfortable and we would never consider staying anywhere else.

Perfect Weekend

Great find from reviews on Trip Advisor. Pleasantly surprised by this place. The owner is so sweet and helpful.  Very clean. Even in the cracks and corners!! Best location for the Passion Play. Not far from town and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.
