Quality Inn was convenient during our attendance to Hamvention 2023.  Room was clean, and everything worked. Staff was friendly, helpful and parking well lighted and secured. There was fast food and excellent Mexican food a block away. We will stay here again.

Good Choice for us.

I made reservations here using my points plus Dollars. When checking in, they had a new employee who didn't know what he was doing and refused check in. Had to put reservations on credit card, so I paid for the same room with points and full price. Sure new employees make mistakes, but it took 3 hours on the phone to work it out even though they saw I paid twice for the same room. Find something else to stay unless you want crappy customer service.

Don't stay here

I've stayed at several Quality Inns and on the whole, they are inexpensive, but it always feels like that. Like one is sacrificing a lot of  comfort in the form of small details for the sake of the price, which sometimes isn't all that much lower than other similar options. THIS hotel is JEWEL!  From the minute you walk into the lobby the place is delightful. The owner is gracious and friendly and is happy to help people be comfortable.  All of the parts of the hotel I saw (including the gym) are new and appear newly renovated with large open clean and modern spaces. The small details, like complimentary coffee in the lobby (not always found in budget hotels), the clean wooden floors, the bed and pillows and quality of the sheets and blanket, and a half decent fitness center (If one really likes to work out the aerobic equipment leaves a lot to be desired, but you can control the temperature (!!), there's an impressive set of free weights, and soft mats to sit/stretch, etc.). The owner is delightful and gracious and friendly beyond what I dare to expect at these types of places, and even for any hotel, actually). The rooms are large, clean, the towels soft, the bed and pillows comfortable and the sheets of high quality.  The fridge and microwave are exceptional. There's plenty of lamps/lights and the WiFi is fast! And perhaps best of all, there are a TON of power outlets in the room where ever you  might feel would be convenient. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and for the price, well, it's a no brainer. Next time I'm back in the Dayton area I'll make a point of staying here!

Absolutely incredible surprise- a jewel among Quality Inns

This hotel looks ok from the outside , but in reality outside is where you should stay after all. The owners have their whole family living in the joint and not only will they stalk you through the halls they will stand outside your door and listen to your conversations. They will also do whatever they can in their power to charge you for smoking even when you're a non smoker!!! They double charged my card more than once for our stay and on top of that they would walk into the room thinking we've checked out when we had clearly paid and had the room keys. About the only good thing here is the breakfast. Oh, and I forgot to mention the all night construction that is going on above your head all hours of the night!

The room was very clean and had a tile floor.  The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean also.  We were very pleased with the breakfast each morning.  The price was great and we loved the location to the Air Force base museum.

Very clean and a great price!

WOW its been several years since I been to Fairborn.  This Quality Inn surprise me with the price we paid.  They have renovated with modern look from lobby to rooms to bathrooms.  I loved the service at this hotel. The front desk clerk was especially sweet when we checked in/out.  The room was immaculate. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.  We will be staying here again

Christmas getaway with Exceptional Service

I just completed a six night stay at this Quality Inn.  Let me preface this review by saying that I normally stay at Super 8's, Days Inn, etc., when I travel.  This hotel is on a main drag in Fairborn, Ohio and was very convenient for me to get to Highway 675 and then on to I-70 east to Springfield, Ohio for a Revolutionary War Event I attended as a sutler.  The lobby is inviting..my room was immaculate! Every surface was clean, towels were very nice...the bed was a pillow top king with nice linens, a lovely duvet, and four plump pillows.  I stayed in room 129. The TV was, I think, a 42" flat screen.  I loved the little microwave and small refrigerator.  While I did not partake much of the breakfast, it was pretty standard...cereals, milk, bagels, toast, jam, peanut buttler, waffles... What I really liked was the fact that what was stocked was name brand and "real"..real butter, Philly Cream Cheese, Yoplait Yogurt and Activia Yogurt.  The staff was very helpful and friendly.  I will certainly stay here again when I visit again next year.  There are a lot of higher priced hotels in the area..many people come to visit the Air Force Museum a few exits to the south. All in all, I had a great stay.

Great stay!

The unique thing about this hotel is our room had very nice laminate flooring instead of carpet. I LIKE that!  Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast offered typical selections. Budget friendly facility that is well maintained.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

I booked this room for the price and former reviews stating hotel had a recent remodel.  Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.  Comfortable new linen and bedding. Unfortunately, that was the only positive highlight.  Rooms have indeed been remodeled but the work looks like it was done by a 10 year old.  Paint spills on wooden floor.  Paint chips on wall.  Missing baseboards in the bathroom.  Drywall dust everywhere.  In bathroom, grout either missing or dirty.  Sound/noise traveled easily in hallways.  Were two men always congregating by entry door.  Outside, a large laundry cart upside down in back courtyard.  Old furniture stacked outside and around dumpsters.  Parking lot was full of weeds growing in every crack.  Landscaping was not kept.

Needs work

The room was clean, and whenever we'd return to the room in late afternoon, housekeeping would have made the beds and given us fresh towels. The trash was emptied daily. I felt safe in the hotel and the location. Fairborn is a great town and has wonderful surrounding areas! The parking lot was well lit. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. I would suggest that if you get up at night, take a flashlight/night light especially if you don't want to turn the very bright bathroom lights on! Also - if you have quite a bit of luggage/bags and want a cart, try to get a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator.
