The hotel is behind a restaurant Shipwrecked and you cannot see ocean. My room was full of mold. Porch not private as others can see in. The air filter was dirty and had mold. Main downstairs porch was peeling.  The hotel is on a side road, not Grand Ave. Photos attached are the mold and the 'view'.

our stay at your hotel was awesome. It had breathtaking view's, the room exceeded our expectations, the beach was just a stone throw away. We stayed at your hotel from June 13 till June 16 and to be honest we hated to leave. I recommend this getaway for everybody. But none of this would have been possible if it wasn't for JANET, she notified us of a potential mixup, rectified it and it was smooth sailing after that. There should be more people like JANET who care.

This Inn is so quaint! I had a two bedroom, one bath suite on the top floor with a large private balcony overlooking the water. It was behind the Shipwreck building but I could still see great. The balcony had two heavy white Adirondack chairs and a very large umbrella I could put up if needed to block the sun. It was amazing to wake up and sit there w hot coffee each morning. 

The room had a small Keurig coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and toaster. As well as a jetted jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. I did not have a chance to try out the jacuzzi. 

You have an assigned parking space. There is a public beach right across street. It’s great because the beach across from the hotel is at the opposite end from the Public parking so it was not crowded at all. It was an ideal location! 

I would have given it 5 stars except the bed was uncomfortable. It was not very supportive and almost made a V in the middle when I laid down, so I had trouble sleeping. However, if the bed were updated it would be a 5 stars!!! It is not a “modern, super updated” inn, but that was part of its charm. It was very clean and cozy. 

When you book, call to ask about the room you want. You will need to leave a message and they will call you back. There are a few rooms over the restaurant, which closes at 11. I was right behind it and didn’t hear the noise at all, but it may be loud if you are right over it.

Quaint Inn with amazing location and views!

Terrible.  The rooms they gave me were above the club shipwrecked restaurant.   Super loud DJ and property manager wouldn't ask DJ to turn down volume.   Worst of all manager said rooms discounted because of music.  This is simply not true.  I received no discount and no one asks you if you want loud rooms to select during check in.  One is assigned rooms

We booked the "best room" they offered, which was an ocean view, private balcony and "kitchenette". Because of COVID rules, the entire seating area around the Inn was now restaurant seating, a LOT of parking and just loud and crazy. They were packed from the moment we checked in until about 10pm, which took away from the quiet balcony dinner and glass of wine we had planned. I wrote a separate review of how poor the take out dinner from their restaurant was.    The room was very small and the balcony above ours sat right on top of our bed area.The folks staying there were  out on their balcony, moving chairs, talking loud, etc. until 1:30am. The ceiling has no sound barrier, so we were woken up several times, by their chairs, which sounded like jackhammers on our ceiling.  The "kitchenette" was a small fridge that had not been defrosted in a very long time, so the open freezer was a giant ice block, a microwave, toaster and small coffee maker that only fit their specific bags, of which we were given 2 for the entire weekend. There were dishes, silverware, etc., but no forks and nowhere to wash them or anything to wash them with; no dish soap, etc. We were not even sure if they had been sanitized before we arrived.   The bathroom was very large, but had no place to hang towels, which was strange. We had to ask for more towels, since we were only given a couple. Everything was just bare bones. The balcony and indoor overhead lights were both not working. The folks that work there do not answer the phone, so you have to track them down. They cover both the office and the restaurant, so this is not great before 11 am or during a busy restaurant shift.  We will not be back to either the Inn or this BBC. It was just not worth the money.

Very expensive for very sub-par accommodations

The location is beautiful - right across from the beach. The venue itself, while affordable, is extremely disappointing. Sad because this was a short getaway vacation that was shaded by the overall quality of our room. The room was outdated. Had very few electrical outlets (and in fact one was not even in working condition). Could not take a normal shower in our time there. The water would go from normal, to freezing, to scalding hot, and repeat that pattern. Had to fix the toilet because it kept running. We never had anyone come clean the room either (perhaps we had to ask?). I couldn't wait to check out and get home. The wifi wasn't bad - I was able to work a bit as needed. I just wish hotels down the Cape in general would spend money making simple upgrades to its property. It's pretty unacceptable that they don't.

Don't do it

Motel is right across the Beach but behind The British Beer Company Restaurant.  Room was nice, bed comfortable.  You could hear people in the next room.  Bathroom was small.  It would be nice to stay here in the summer/spring.

Overnight getaway for our Anniversary

This was a great find. We were stuck in Falmouth in a storm with all ferries cancelled. LOTS of people looking for places to stay (oh, did I mention it was Columbus Day weekend?), so we were lucky to grab one of their last rooms, which were going fast. We had a nice big room with frig and microwave (not all rooms have them so be sure to ask when you book) and a great view of the water from our window. (Not all rooms have that, so again, ask ahead.) Small bathroom but clean with nice amenities and a good shower. Comfortable beds. Flat screen TV on the small side and not hi def, but more than adequate. At the desk, Dawn was amazing - handled ringing phone and waiting customers like a champ. Kudos to you, Dawn! You rock!

Wow!

First time visiting Falmouth and was very excited. Hard to find parking but staff was friendly and let us check in almost an hour early since the room was ready. Dated interior but clean, that was important. Ocean directly across the street which is wonderful. However I was not pleased with the "partial ocean view" as promised in Bookings.com (picture of view is below). Bathroom was so small you almost couldn't fit inside. You can hear Everything from the upstairs and next door neighbors I couldn't sleep. Bed mattresses so worn out that when I finally did fall asleep I woke with a back ache I'm still feeling hours later. I knew we couldn't stay another night and asked for a partial refund but was denied. I don't usually leave feedback but I wouldn't want someone else wasting almost $600 on this place like we did. I only get one vacation a year and I left the place in tears.

Would not recommend

It was our first trip to Falmouth and we really liked this location.  Our room was on the top floor facing the ocean and was plenty big enough for the two of us.  The (very rocky) beach was right across the street and the pub was right next door.  We walked to the ferry in about 15 minutes which was very convenient.  We could have walked into town but chose to drive and park :)  The room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette and assigned parking.  
I would recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a location near the beach and within walking distance of the ferry to the Vineyard.  You could walk to town (it's about a mile and a half or so) as well.  We never tried the food at the pub but it's right next door.  I would recommend water shoes for the beach though!
