I stay every year. Had another very comfortable stay. Again, this is a 50’s motel, not chrome and glass. Basic, but clean and friendly and helpful owner and staff. For me, it is like coming home each year. I will be back. 

I will just reiterate, read the reviews. If you want/need more than Virginia provided, stay elsewhere. Don’t book and then flame the property! If you should have a problem while you are staying, take it to Virginia or Terry and they will do their best for you. 

I will be back each time I can visit the Cape, and that is not a compromise. Plenty of hot water, good a/c, satellite tv, WiFi, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, parking, easy walk to town,

Tenth Stay

We have stayed here a few of times. This motel is nicely appointed, low key and centrally located to downtown. The owner and front desk staff are friendly and helpful resources. They decorate the outside of the property nicely with pretty flowers. A great crash pad for a quick trip!

Clean, centrally located motel!

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. It looks like a 1950’s motel. The outside was nice but the inside not so much. The online pictures did not tell the whole story. The knotty pine walls were not varnished and scuffed. The beds were adequate but old and made noise when moving about. It had a small window air conditioner. The bathroom was partially updated. The sink was probably original to the 50’s with lots of rust. The floor looked original also and had loose tiles. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer so my husband went to the office to see if they had any and was told they had one if he needed it but he needed to turn off the air conditioner before he could use it.

Would not stay here again!

WONDERFUL stay at Town and Beach Motel!  Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows! Staff went above and beyond when my toddler got sick. Happened to knock on the door shortly after it happened and changed out the whole room in minutes! Beautiful flowers and the cleanest rooms! We will be back! 

CLEAN & COZY

Just perfect room with great bed and pillows and friendly staff. I love the place for its location where you can park and walk to enjoy the Fal.outh downtown area. This way everyone enjoys the multiple  choices of food. 

Quick Get Away

Back in Falmouth for the 11th stay at the Town and Beach. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

Convenient to town, easy walking distance, parking, clean, cared for, owner Virginia is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. She wants you to enjoy your stay in Falmouth, and will help you to do that. Everything you want for a short or long stay. Good wifi, satellite tv, comfortable bed. Good aircon and hot water. 

It is a classic property, not glass and SS, and not close to beach. Firehouse across the street; you will hear infrequent call outs.

Year after year, consistently good stays.

Top Choice

Town and Beach was a great place to stay for an overnight in Falmouth! The hotel is cute, clean, and close to everything! The owners are super nice and we were able to check in early and leave the car in the lot and head to the beach. Shops and restaurants are also close by!

Nice stay at Town and Beach!

A wonderful jewel in Falmouth.  Location was excellent for either grabbing the ferry or just walking around town.  Restaurants and bars nearby.  Really Carrie’s the Cape Cod theme.  Rooms were clean and beds were wonderful.  Staff was sooooooo friendly and welcoming.  I love when people from MA call you Hun!   A must see when down the cape.

A Cape Cod  MUST!!

We stayed here for one night on our way to Hyannis. I wish we had booked a few more nights. The room reminded me of trip to the Cape as kid. In all of the good ways! Room 1 had a very comfortable bed and was very clean. The motel location could not be beat. A quick walk to the shops on Main street or a stroll to the beach. Virginia is a wonderful host and I would not hesitate to book here again.

Great place

Rooms, grounds very clean, well maintained,. Well located near wonderful restaurants, sites. Easy ride to the ferrys. Coffee was great. Place made me nostalgic for earlier, less complicated times. It was a nice break.  Refrigerator in room. Good water pressures. Comfortable mattresses, bedding, linens, towels. I'll be back.
