Clean and quiet. Room was clean and did not smell like smoke but the hallway did.  

Breakfast is basic and should include eggs and bacon/sausage. TV in breakfast room is missed. 

I noticed the shower head couldn’t be adjusted. Sink drain was slow.

Staff gave great customer service. Room was mostly clean but needs updating and carpet needs repairs. The fridge was very dirty so could not use it and there were no coffee cups.  Coffee but no condiments. 

Average room but extra credit for customer service

Very comfortable king size bed . More breakfast options needed plus extended length time for breakfast closes at 9am . Room fridges need upgrading.overall we had a pleasant stay . The staff was very helpful and looked after if we had any concerns. 

Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I was worried because of reading reviews after I booked. Great location & service.  Restaurants close by.  I booked again for before the end of the month when I have to return to Fargo for a doctor appointment.

Much better than we expected!  We do recommend. 👍

The absolutely worst hotel we have ever stayed in !
No running water in the bathroom sink, we had to use the tub to get water !
Fridge was frozen up and un-useable. We told the front and they said they would look into it...never happened. Second day came back to find they never touched our room for cleaning just took our dirty towels but, never left any clean towels of any kind.
Customer service is a joke !  . I was told to come back in the morning to speak to the Manager, the Manager or anybody else was missing the next morning, nobody to be found. Everyone was standing at the front desk to speak to someone but, after 45 minutes the guests left.
DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS RUN DOWN WITH NO MANAGEMENT

Terrible Hotel

I only need something safe, clean, and reasonably comfortable, and didn't get it. Not worth the $120 I paid. Not worth $50. The walls were dirty like they've never been wiped down. There were holes in the lampshades and the window screen. The floor had recently been replaced in the bathroom and there was grout and sanding dust all over the bathroom. There is a big crack/dent in the door. The light switches are so old they jiggle.  There was a huge, dead bug in the sink. The curtains were water-stained. The heat/AC was extremely loud. The pillow were tiny. Everything was very dated. The tile floor in front of the vending machines was a lake of water from the swimmers (not just some foot print puddles...the entire hallway was full of water). I only spent a few hours here to sleep while I moved my son home from college and it was a few hours too many. I will never stay here again. I felt like I needed a shower as soon as I left. I would have been better off sleeping on my son's dorm room floor. The only positive was that the man working the front desk was nice. 

I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.

You can tell they are working on some remodeling. Our room overall was much better than I anticipated after reading reviews. We had a king room and the bed was super comfy and the room clean. You really do get what you pay for. We just wanted a good night's sleep. Front desk was fabulous and super helpful.

Don't freak out about previous reviews!!

My friend and I drove up to Fargo for the weekend. The staff was Friendly - The room was okay but there was a huge stain behind the toilet. There was no hair dryer in the room. I called down the next morning to ask if they could bring one up. I was told they didn't have any. The gentleman apologized but after thinking about it he should have offered to move us to another room.  Also, be careful when you first log into the internet. On the main page there is a button to click on to register for the internet.DO NOT CLICK ON IT. It was a scam. I ended up with a fraudulent charge on my account but it was not the hotels fault.
I tried to get some of the breakfast on Sat morning about 8:30 and it was wiped out. It didn't seem like they replenished anything.  There was nobody at the front desk for me to ask. It is a great location and Fargo was great. I will comeback but not at this hotel. It was not worth it.   and the pool was empty

Not Pleased

Check your bill!   I was inappropriately charged $25 for missing towels.   And have been unable to speak to anyone by phone or via email about this issue.   While the room was decent, beds comfy, clean upon first glance, some areas were over looked, such as the inside surface of the entry door and the wall behind it.    The "missing towels"  were thin enough to see through.    We will definitely not stay here again.

Room was very clean and staff was very nice! I asked for an extra pillow and she actually brought it to our room! I will definitely stay again! (This is extra text to meet the 200 character minimum) lol
