Comfy place at a affordable price, it is a little dated but it isn't the Hilton nor did I expect it to be, the bar attached was an awesome place so that that was another plus. I would stay here again for sure. 

I'd stay here again if the opportunity comes along

Pools - had 2, but the outside one had a bunch of adults drinking around it, so we used the inside one with our 2 young kids
Rooms -  clean, but a bit outdated and very small.  Cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids
Check-in - took a bit longer than usual. 1 friendly staff, 1 not so friendly
Breakfast - go early to avoid the rush, had sausage, gravy, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.  Same as every other hotel we went to.  


Wouldn't be my first choice, but I would stay here again

First time I stayed in a room with a recliner! Overrun with kids on sports trips but they shared the pool and hot tub and whoever was supervising them kept them on a curfew. Breakfast is a notch below Hampton Inn, bathroom was so small you had to stand in the shower stall to shut the toilet door. Hot tub was over-chlorinated. Bed was comfortable. Price was great for a decent bed. Note that outdoor pool is not heated.

Good value for the money if you are looking for a budget stay

Our 2-day stay was a very disappointing experience considering it was the first time travelling with family in over 3 years.  Day of arrival we waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to check-in.  Lady was pleasant and apologized.   I specifically requested a main floor room in my reservation (as we were with a young child), we were told no rooms available and were assigned to a 2nd floor room. The room smelled of smoke and was extremely stale.  Day 2, we tried to exit building and door we tried to leave from was locked and would not open.  If there was an emergency that required quick exit, we would have been trapped in the stairwell.  That evening we attempted to use the hot tub, there was so much chlorine in the water our eyes burned, turned red and watered.  My extended family stayed in another room and the beds were extremely hard, air conditioning did not work, and the large window did not open as the room was facing a hallway overlooking the center courtyard.  We advised the front desk when leaving for dinner that housekeeping did not make up our room or leave towels.  No apology made we were offered clean towels.  The hotel is extremely dated, (1970's style) in dire need of a makeover, nothing updated or modern.  We were told they are upgrading their TV provider if it did not work come see the front desk. I was not indenting to stay in my room any longer than I had to, sleeping was more than enough! 

Regret Booking the Biltmore with a Third Party

Bed was very comfortable. The shower was great! Good towels, not too small like the hotel we were at a couple nights ago. There could be more light at the sink for applying makeup. The bathroom door was a poor setup. You had to enter the shower to close the door. Overall it was a good experience. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

I really wanted to like my stay here more, but….
First of all, the entire hotel is very dated, and needs a complete renovation: From the front desk to the room itself, nothing is up to date or modern…Nothing 
      Room: The tv didn’t work at all, not even a single channel. I was told direct tv knows of the situation and is trying to schedule a day to look at it. I’m ok with a dated room, it if it’s at least clean, which this one was not. Found a candy wrapper on the floor and a few other things that reflect a poor cleaning. Shower pressure was ok, but the tub took over an hr to drain. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but they do offer several pillows to help compensate. Room sadly gets a 2…
     Amenities include a pool which was closed due to a maintenance issue, and a bar n grill. They also offer a free hot breakfast, which was pretty decent. The on site bar n grill is actually quite good. Food was tasty, beer was ice cold, and the service was excellent. In fact, this is the only highlight of this rather disappointing hotel. 
    All n all, without the restaurant and friendly staff, I’d have given the hotel a 2. As stated, the crew here is super nice and helpful, and the bar is worth a try; but overall the hotel itself just has too many issues to rate any higher. If you’re looking for a nice overnight stay, there are better choices available. Sorry….

“Brew and crew can’t raise this review…”

While clean and affordable, this facility is in serious need if maintenance snd remodel. Carpet was seriously worn out , windows were drafty and heating system archaic. Needed to get new keys made twice as they stopped working during the stay.

In need of maintenance

This was a great hotel. It has large rooms that are very clean and well maintained. Everything's inside with hallways connecting the entire hotel. It has an awesome pool that is heated and indoors. Breakfast was great they had lots to choose from. They also have a laundry available to the guests. Definitely a place we would stay at if we're ever in the area again.

Great place to stay

When my family and I stayed there we thought it was decent ( besides the torn curtain and bed pillows that were square like they were taken off a couch and a pilllow case thrown on) 
We had left the room all day to visit family in Fargo, very shortly after we returned receive a phone call from The front desk saying there was marijuana smoke smelt in the hallway our room was on and they were calling everybody down the hallway and letting them know basically if it’s you knock it off. We told them we had just gotten back but we also smelt it as we walked to our room. The next thing you know, my mother who rented the rooms for us calls me and says the hotel charged her charge card $250 for the room smelling of marijuana smoke! I am shocked and disgusted to not only be accused of this but charging us triple the price of the room after not even being told that our room was being singled out which is not what was told to us in the phone call. Because if they would have said that we could have had the chance to invite them into our room to make sure they knew that the smell was absolutely not coming from our room! It was me and my 2 children, plus we had been gone all day from shortly after we woke up until about 10-15 mins before we received the phone call. It makes me wonder how many other customers have been falsely accused AND charged this $250smoke charge?? I will be contacting an attorney Monday because this is completely unprofessional, embarrassing,  wrong, and to me looks like a scam, which is why I wanted to alert others.

Check your credit card statement when you leave

I only gave it 1 circle  because I couldn’t give it less. There was poop on the floor in the bathroom and on the toilet. There was blood on the sheets. There was brown substance on the light switches. The coffee maker was dirty. The wallpaper and paint was peeling off the walls. When we went to the front desk they would not give us a refund. She gave us the managers business card, but the manager wouldn’t give us a refund either.
