Very good experience. We had a suite with the hot tub. Good location in town. Very nice people working there. The hotel is right next to a convenient store, which was very helpful. The price was very good for the hotel.

Minnesota trip

Great place, big clean room and staff was amazing! Well equipped kitchen in common areas so no need for takeout. Will definitely stay again soon when I need to be in town. Will recommend to friends too. 

Great staff

Very unprepossessing looking place, but rooms inside were not too bad.  Problem was that everything smelled like smoke.  We didn't request a non-smoking room, assuming that everything was mostly non-smoking these days.  Boy were we wrong.  It was also pretty noisy all night.

Smoker's Convention?

This is a hotel for workers and truck drivers. We had a room to the back which I thought would be quiet, but the semi's pull in and out at all hours of the night and it was very noisy. It smelled like smoke inside, even on a non-smoking floor. 

There was a breakfast of Little Debbie type items. I would choose somewhere else next time. Rates were good, but I would rather pay a bit more and get some sleep.

Very Noisy!

I'll begin with the overall stench of the place. Smelled like an ash tray the moment we opened the door. I asked about being smoke free and he said the upstairs rooms were non smoking. Hmm....If smoke rises why wouldn't you put the smokers on the bottom floor? Anyway, it was late, we were tired traveling and needed a bed for the night and a shower in the morning. (not to much to ask). We got to the room. Upon opening the door it looked nice enough with new carpet and a newer flat screen LG TV. That's about it for upgrades. We unpacked a couple items from our suitcase and went to charge the cell phones. Good luck finding an outlet in this place. I plugged mine in to the bathroom and my wife found one beneath the bed shared with the table lamp. We sat on the bed and instantly sank. Turned the tv on with the remote but that's about all that worked on the remote. My wife and I both had a creepy feeling this was going to be a restless night. In pretty much was. We woke in the morning and I hit the bathroom first to shower. Liner of curtain ok. Outside curtain had black mold all along the bottom (yuk). I sucked it up and stood in the shower which was hot and washed up for the day. My wife was now awake and I ran downstairs for coffee and when I returned she had the water running trying to get it hot. Ran out of hot water in less than 10 minutes from when I showered to when she tried. She gave up especially after I pointed out the mold. We packed but before we left I could not resist clicking a picture of the mini-fridge and microwave sitting on what looks to be a small homemade pallet on the new carpet. Wow J.W. Marriott has nothing on these innovators. I am recently retired from a job where I traveled a lot in the last 20 years. Can't say I have stayed in something this bad in all those years on the road. America's Best Value has better standards than this I'm sure. This place should lose their flag.

We found Minnesota's Largest Ash Tray

We have stayed here for 7 years. Always good service. Very happy this year new carpet new paint nice flat screen tv new windows room has good a/c microwave and fridge. Right off I-35 with variety of fast food with in 5 minutes. Can't beat for price

Room was okay. Rate was good third party. We had no remote in our room and went to the front desk about it. They said they didn't have extras and offered no other solutions. Not a great experience. Probably would not go back.

Not a good time. 

Horribly noisy!! Room was ok thus the lone star rating (not sure of no stars would register believe me I was tempted). Made the mistake of paying cash could not get a refund or other compensation. They run a truck-stop on the premises and it was so noisy from the trucks left running due to the cold it shook my bed and room. Got no sleep, blew a very important job interview and got no help from office (kept hanging up on me) and no consideration and had to drive back home with no rest, could not afford another night and they wouldn't at least comp me a room for a few hours on my way back through. Super furious you don't want to stay there trust me.
