We stayed one night while in town for work.  This is a decent budget motel.  The room was clean, the bed was comfortable,everything worked and it was quiet.  The rooms have a mini fridge & microwave. Great location near downtown & stores. 
Good room for the price. 


Great budget hotel 

Great location, clean colorful room, friendly staff.  Easy walk to coffee shop and the rest of Main Street.  Thank you. Would stay again.  Parking easy, seems safe.  There was take-out available within walking distance.

Happy with Hotel

We've been here before, and we've been impressed with the location and the affordable price. This time it was a really positive surprise, because the motel has been well furnished. The rooms look much more friendly, the walls are colorful, and we felt comfortable, and we were also convinced by the staff and the cleanliness. When we're back in Farmington, we're definitely going down here again and we can now recommend the motel with a good conscience. It's not a luxury staircase, but it's really good and very affordable.

Stayed in a chain motel last night as a greater cost, like other budget family run motels they get things right, spacious room, comfortable bed seating table fridge with ice box , microwave and clean!! Friendly book in
As with other budget motels bring a kettle if you want a hot drink, with a coffee machine they could charge a bit more, charming little place

Another wonderful budget motel, think family run

It's cheap, very quiet, room is DARK, every room has a refrigerator and microwave, and it's CLEAN. I have stayed here many nights and the owners have been very pleasant. I can park immediately in front of my room, it's a single level so I don't have neighbors stomping around above me while I'm trying to catch some rest after a long day, and there are not any vagrants hanging around like most other places. The free Wi-Fi is a nice perk, too. The building/rooms are old, but I don't need a new building... I need to get a nice hot shower and a good night's sleep after a long day at work, so my priorities are - Clean,  Quiet, Dark, Safe, and a COMFORTABLE bed! This place meets those requirements! 

Clean,  quiet, cheap

The photos shown on Expedia and on all the booking sites are fake! It's not the room we got, we got a stinky old room with really damaged furniture and old!!! and the room was so noisy! The lock was broken, and the bed is not comfortable at all, they give paper thin pillows! Not worth it. 

Worst hotel EVER

Overall I was impressed with the room for the price. Got a weekly rate so it was a tad cheaper than normal. They changed sheets after a few days, and I found no extra hairs on my towels or sheets, like at the other places in town I stayed. Only complaint I have is that they will shut off your air conditioner every day. I put the AC on low when I left in the morning, just so it would be somewhat comfortable. Without fail, every day I came back to a hot room, as they turned it off when they came to clean. I assume they are doing it to cut their electricity cost, but it is costing them more, as I had to blast the AC on full for a few hours, just to bring the temperature down.

Good for the price, but definitely has its quirks

Stopped her on our way back from Denver. Hotel was a little dated, but for $47.50 for a queen room, and two people it was great. You can park right outside your room,all first floor rooms, and the staff were super friendly and helpful,  even with an after hours check in. Definitely would stay here again. I cant click the rating tabs below, but all were great!

Great place to catch some sleep for cheap.

The price was really good and the location was good for us too, but it would be appropriate for the motel to be generalised soon; the rooms are very simple and well occupied, the office was rarely occupied, even at times when it was actually agreed; an emergency solution
