Paid for a week and only stayed 2 days. The first room they put us in none of the lights worked. Took several hours to move us to another room. The AC stopped working the next morning. Was told by the lady at the front she don't work on acs and she was not on the clock. Decided to just leave and get another room, was told we could get a refund for the days we did not stay. Then the lady proceeded to cause a scene, yelling at us, telling us we were broke and upset about our refund and called the police. We never received our refund and the police did nothing.

Very rude, liers and theives

It smelled terrible in there, our sheets and pillows had black stains all in them, there was a light fixture and it was all broken and falling apart, the shower was nasty. Just. It a good experience at all, couldn’t even sleep had to take a pill. Probably one of those hotels that people hookup at or something. The people in the front desk were really nice though, super friendly. And at least the air conditioning worked

This crap was bad

They have nice, clean rooms! A big field for dogs to run around in and best of all the customer service is amazing!   Delaney the Front desk clerk for nights helps me out so much! She runs that place beautifully all on her own! You Definitely should stay here just because of her!!!

Awesome

This place is awesome! Awesome rates! Clean rooms! Awesome staff! No problems at all! Staff were super nice and very helpful! Manager is very nice! Property very clean!  Beds are soft and sheets are very clean!

Awesome!!

I'm all about saving $$ on a dive motel, and I can tolerate a lot. But this place drove me to sleep in my car. I don't even mind bugs on the wall. But I woke up to a roach crawling on my back, two more crawling on the bed, and at least six on the wall around the headboard, just above my head. And I had left the light on so they'd stay on the walls. I lived in the south a long time, and these are not 'palmetto bug' roaches, but the smaller kind attracted to food and filth. I'm giving two stars because staff, desk lady, cleaning lady, and guy sweeping parking lot, were all really nice, and my room was actually clean, cleaner than many a Motel 6 has been. The building must have a dense infestation, and ownership has got to get a handle on it.

Bold roaches out of control

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The first room that was booked for us was locked from the inside. When the night manager opened it, the room was still dirty as if someone was still staying there. Our second room he moved us to smelled like smoke and pot (we requested a non-smoking room), AND there was only one pillow and no sheets on the bed. Not to mention the creepy/gross greasy handprints that were on the headboard. The night manager was rude when we told him the issues. We actually ended up cancelling and going somewhere else even though it was 2am and we had been driving for 4 hours... TLDR, this place should be shut down or should be a "pay by the hour" motel only...

DO NOT BOOK HERE

We traveled from Birmingham, Alabama last July for a Family Reunion.  We booked our accommodations on line ahead of time.  It gave a description of sheer elegance. Nothing was further from the truth.  It had a microwave and fridge.  We thought from pictures that we would have an extra that our others members would not have-microwave.  The fridge did not work, no  coffeemaker, poor plumbing and unlimited insects.  Had I had to be there more than 2 nights I would have moved to another location.  I deserve my money back.  DO NOT EVEN BE FOOLED BY THE ADS....

A place to go when nothing else is available

I should have known better than to stay here, there were a dozen used mattresses sitting in the parking lot.  The desk clerk said they were remodeling.  The room appeared clean inside.  The next morning I was COVERED IN BUG BITES.  I have a dozen welts all over.  Also, a very low class clientele stays here.  Two people who sounded like they were high were yelling outside the roo
S for hours.

Bugs!!

When we arrived the front desk had no reservations for us on record, but we got lucky because the family that checked in canceled when they found out no water in the pool. The front desk informed my husband he had 15 minutes to report any issues  with the room. We walked in and initially noticed multiple burn holes in the sheets and what appeared to be mold and vommit on the walls near the head boards.  I go to pick up the phone to call front desk to request cleaning and the phone is not in working condition. No cord that plugs into the wall. I then call Priceline while my husband goes down stairs yo report on condition of the room. The lady tells him he is late butrefubfs his money and then marches up to inspect the room her self. She comes barging into the room. She informed us the room is up to standard and you get what you pay for, she kept saying you paid for no phone and burn holes in the sheets. My mom questioned In a non smoking room we paid for burn marks?? She then screamed for us to get out now and that we used these beds ( we sat on them) that we are trespassing and to get out now!!We have no pictures because she ran us off too fast! Run as fast as you can. Also my husband saw a machete behind the front desk

Run Away Fast

Don’t stay here !! The rooms smelled absolutely awful, the bedding had cigarette burns in it, the room had obviously not been cleaned judging by the dirt and dust everywhere, oh and there was poo on the toilet seat when arrived i.e. the bathroom had not been cleaned very well.
