I called the hotel to see if they had any room available and if so what would the cost be? The guy on the phone told me that it was $110 for the room plus a $20 deposit. I sent my boyfriend there because he would be arriving first and when he got checked in he called me and asked me what the dude said it would cost. Well the worker decided to charge my boyfriend $130 for the room and then another $20 for the deposit equaling $150 when it only been about 20 minutes since I talked to the guy! I don't understand why it would all of a sudden change in price when I literally just pretty much got off the phone with them! And then ask for a refund for the extra amount he charged my boyfriend and he told me that he never said it was going to be a total of $130 for the room. Of course they won't give me a refund either considering I'm so irritable I don't even want to stay there anymore so I get to pay extra money to stay at a hotel that I don't even want to stay at anymore! If I was going to pay that much for a room I would have went to a nicer hotel! The room shouldn't cost any more than $100 with the way that it looks and that's even pushing it! My advice is don't even take the chance of staying here you can't believe anything they say

Traveler beware!! There is a "no refund" policy if you prepay and need to check out early! My husband travels for work and his schedule changed after 2 nights when he'd paid for 4. They wouldn't refund him or even let him have credit for the next week when he would be in town again. Horrible people, really stupid policy, horrible customer service. If they had been even a little accommodating they would have kept my husband's business. Now we are writing reviews everywhere to warn people away. 

The cherry on top is the place was apparently having water problems, too, and it was turned off for 1/2 a day. When it finally came back on there was little water pressure and what came out of the faucets was dirty.

No refund policy?!?

We had a very nice night there.  The room was clean and it was very quiet!  We had our puppy with us and they had no issue with us having our pet in the room.  For the price it was a good place to stay the night. 

Its was nice!

Stayed here when hiking Olympic National Park.  The room was very clean with a super comfortable bed. Water pressure was good also. There are not a lot of choices in Forks but this one is nice. The staff also gave good advice for meals... Along with Trip Advisor.

Would definitely use again

There was broken down cars in the parking lot. The front desk person was eating nachos would not stop eating them to talk with me. And at the front office/desk there was a lady that looked and acted like working woman. There was 2 chair in the walkway getting to my room That was on the 2nd floor. Room looked dirty. I did not feel safe with the chairs in the walkway. I then told them that I did not want to stay there and he told me it was going to be 10.00 dollars to get out of the room. I gave the person the 10 dollars and he just put that in his pocket. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE.
