This is a great campground unless you need Wi-Fi. They advertise that they have it, but it is so slow that we couldn't reliably get online. So we had to move to another park. The KOA had spacious lots, a nice pool, playground and other amenities. Great for kids! Just no Wi-Fi.

I'm kinda indecisive about this place..

Used to go here years ago. Some of the stuff wasn't offered anymore.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Anything I needed, they were helpful. 

Now, the Kamping Kabin--they have a TV, which most KOAs offer now day, but no AC..it was miserable in the afternoon. They give you a fan and space heater. They both helped a little, but not enough...

The cabins need a paint job, especially the porches. Mine hadn't been cleaned. There was bird poop all over, and dirt and rocks. I mentioned it to a staff member, and she said she would send someone to clean. No one showed up...

The pool was nice, but everything closed so early..

The bathrooms were fine. One was locked the whole time I was there.  

All I  all, it was okay, but not again.

The good,
Friendly employees, clean restrooms/showers and family friendly environment.
The bad,
Sites not level at all, picnic tables right next to neighbors blank tank hoses, drain pipes on some sites way above grade making it difficult to drain camper and terrible WiFi.

It was OK. My first KOA experience.  WiFi didn’t work -  kept disconnecting, which was frustrating bc we also didn’t really have cell service. Dump station - the outlet is 2” high so it leaves 2” of other people’s sewage in the basin. Barf.  Some road noise but I expected that. My site was clean and level. It was ok but I found it expensive for the quality - maybe that’s just being close to Grand Canyon. 

It was OK

First of all I want to praise outstanding customer service. I was tired and with time change I booked a wrong night stay. I chalked it up to out money. When I called change from tent camping to a cabin stay because of upcoming high winds and cold they immediately offered fix and refund  me night stay I booked by mistake. I didn’t even ask. The campground was close to Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Kaibab National Forest. The only complaints was $3 fir washer and $3 for dryer to do  laundry and bad cell service and wifi but that’s minor. Private showers and nice campground.

Outstanding customer service

This campground was 50 miles from the Grand Canyon South Rim.   The campground hours for the office are from 8-4, which made it difficult to get anything from the store if you got to the campground late.  They had about 6 "family restrooms", but if someone was showering, it made it difficult just to use the restroom.  The pool seemed nice but it was too cold at night to use it.  The campground was convenient to Flagstaff and Sedona and the Grand Canyon.  The wife was non-existent and there was no ATT service at all.  There were barking dogs all night long.

Terrible wi-fi and phone service

EXCELLENT Place. Truly Amazing. Worth every penny. The amenities here are TOP NOTCH. The staff are fantastic. The WIFI was super strong. The Pool & HOT TUB indoors are fantastic. This place has everything needed. Close proximity to the Grand Canyon makes this a highly rated place to stay. Their store is stocked with decent priced goodies for all. The restaurant serves GOOD quailty food priced right. Super clean. Our youngest spent most of his time on the bouncy pillow which was safe and easy t access. The dog parks(3 on site) were fantastic for our puppy. The showers and related were ALWAYS CLEAN. easy checkin checkout. Owner on site. horse riding on site. go karts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place on your journey down route 66.

EXCELLENT PLACE HIGHLY RECOMMEND onway to Grand Canyon!!!!!

Nice park.  About 45 minutes from Grand Canyon but really close to other activities and Williams.  Lots of gravel though but they had a really nice pool with a hot tub.  Worst part was the internet.  For some reason the location has nothing. Wifi was almost non existent, no phone service, even our mifi and hotspot didn’t work, just really tough for us as I had to take off work for 2 days.  We had Verizon and Tmobile service and got nothing.  Just 2 miles down the road no issues so they need to invest in a repeater or something.  Water pressure is really low, intentionally but keep that in mind if rving.  

Other than that it was nice.  Don’t think I would come back because we need cell service for our jobs - may not be a big deal to others so if that’s not an issue then I recommend staying here.

Nice park - no internet or cell service so be prepared.

We stayed in the cover wagons, which was a really cool experience.  The nights we were there, it dropped down to the 20's.  The heat in the wagon can not keep up with those temperatures.  If you go in the fall, bring extra blankets and know it will be really cold in the morning.  It's not fun getting out of bed in the cold.

The bathrooms were super clean.  The water pump did go out at some point, but they were able to fix it quickly.  They texted us letting us know it was fixed.  I thought that was excellent communication on there part.  

The kids love the jumping pillow and the train ride.  They didn't go on the go carts because they were too short.

We had a great time.  We weren't able to use all the amenities.  We stay there for a resting point to visit the national parks.

Cold Stay in the Wagons

The lady is the office is super nice. This place needs some work and major cleaning. The bathrooms were terrible. They were filthy, no ventilation, and no water pressure. People need to stop smoking in them also. I only used them once and the rest of the time I used our camper. This is a large KOA and they only had 2 washers and 2 dryers that were working.
