This hotel falls far below safety standard. We took one look at the room, took photos for Booking.com, and left. When turning on the light, I was electrocuted. We looked in the bathroom, completely unclean, with black mold and pink slime (no exaggerations). There were hairs all over the bathroom, layers of dirt in every corner, and a suspicious trail of glitter.  The room had many repairs, which appeared to suggest physical altercations happen there frequently.
It is owned by a sweet family, but there is no way anyone can stay here. I am sorry, but this is unacceptable if you are running a business.

Honestly, the comforters (both) smelled like pee, otherwise older motel and appeared clean. Staff was friendly. However, there were sketchy people walking around at all hours which made it hard to sleep with thin walls due to car and foor traffic. 

Last option

Honestly you get you moneys worth more at a motel 6. They have a different name in booking.com where I booked and was shocked at arrival. Small and extremely dirty looking from the outside and in. I will never stay here again, very miss leading and crazy how they have a 7/10 on the website booking but a 1.5 in Google maps. The one on Google is their actual name to so not surprise they had to change their name in order to steal money from visitors.

Go to motel 6 for LESS AND BETTER hotel

This is rancid. There are ants in the bed, the blankets are extremely dirty and unwashed. My skin was itchy as soon as I layed down. Just disgusting. I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels and this is just astonishing…

This property is under new management for about a year, and declares "newly renovated", so I place little credibility in reviews from before rooms were refurbished.  The units are definitely economy, not luxury, but very worthy of the price we paid, about $80/night including tax and other fees.  The check in office is run from the front of the owner home and is "24-hour, but late or early "desk" visits are an obvious inconvenience to the family running the motel.  We were not inconvenienced by that limitation and had a reasonable 4 night stay.

Good value, adequate room for the price

I saw that there were many bad reviews but i still booked it anyway.
I was looking for cheapest accomodation in downtown and also something closer by walking for 1 night stay in Flagstaff.

Location is good i guess , you can walk to many restaurants and downtown areas.

Check in process was easy and quick. Due to corona the check in guy was inside the room and i was standing outside communicating through the window.

It was 50 dollar per night after tax and service. No bfast but i dont really care.

Room is spacious and clean looking.
I was afraid that the room will be dirty, ac not working or maybe hot water is not working but everything was fine so i am happy enough.

****run away stay somewhere else***** The place was poor cleaned and vacuumed.
No hot water for bath/shower. When asked about the hot water I was told they were out and it was ok that we didn't have any.

Reservations don't matter here. Confirmation numbers don't matter. What does seem to matter is that the guy at the front desk realizes that the price he charged over the phone 10 hours earlier was way less than he could charge that night (by nearly double). After rudely dismissing us with a "no reservation" he tossed back the ID and credit card used for the reservation and said "no more". I guess he didn't want to answer my questions anymore. 
Don't reserve here. Stay anywhere else. Pitch a tent. Sleep in your car. Do anything but stay here!

The rooms are pretty standard cheap hotel rooms but the staff are rude. We requested a late check-out because we checked into the hotel at 2AM after a long drive. Got a phone call waking us up at 9 to remind us that checkout would be at 11... Why?

Staff are Rude

The rooms: nice and clean. 

Check in: We asked about the prize and the receptionist gave us a price equivalent to the price online. When the transaction toke place the price where + tax. After some discussion – we had demanded a cancellation – the extra-pay was refunded and now the price actually was the same as online. The receptionist was clearly mad and didn’t respond to our good bay etc. To be fair – the receptionist was nice the next day, but the check was overall a sad experience. 

Breakfast: The say (at Booking.com) that they serve a continental breakfast, but they don’t. They serve cakes, coffee, and orange juice. That’s it.

Ice machine: asking for ice they gave us small bags of ice. Don’t go there if you need a lot of ice.
