The hotel is run down and nothing works. The guy behind the counter is very nasty and arrogant, he told there was no rooms left, but a different guy told me that there was some rooms open. When I got my rooom there was roaches everywhere and it was very very difty. I returned the key and left the dumphole.

The worst place to stay at

Stopped in Jennings due to weather.  Went to the inn and was given a chance to see room before paying.  Room seemed clean and decided to stay.  Upon entering room found that AIT conditioner would not shut off,  sink would not drain,  toilet leaked unto floor when flushed but the final straw was the roaches.  Notified office and they offered to RE spray room for bugs when my husband layer under the blanket he was covered in baby roaches.  Person in office claimed to be new owner and was trying extremely helpful concerning a refund.  Following day found that they were not the owner and had no authority to offer refund. Needless to say notified credit company and did get refund.  This hotel caters to transient workers and was shut down by the state a number of times.  I highly recommend everyone to use trip advisor for booking even during baf weather so you don't suffer ther same thing.

Very deplorable conditions

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights prepaid in advanced. The rooms were ok at best. Roaches in the rooms, ice machine did not work, migrant farm workers in every room and made it hard to locate a parking spot even near our room. The staff were nice. I paid for the 2 days up front but wanted to leave the first night. I had to park my car a distance from my room as there was no spots near our room. Someone in the night had back out in the spot next to us and hit my car. No one came to the office to report it so I suspect they were illegal immigrants not wanting to go to jail. I noticed the damage the next morning and reported it to the office and the police and asked for a refund for the 2 night and was told no refunds so we had to stay. That night someone broke into our car and stole everything we had in it.  So for a 2 day stay I had to call the police twice to report damage and a theft. The next day at check out we had left a wallet in the room went back to retrieve it only to find the cleaning women in there and no wallet. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Maybe past travelers had great experiences but I would say they weren't there when it was full of fruit pickers wanting free stuff!

Try another place theft and damage is a sure thing here

The name has changed to the North Florida Inn, The rooms were comfortable but not real fancy, but clean. The customer service and staff were very friendly. The rates were great at around $36 to $39 per night. They went up above to make family reunion great. We contacted the motel by phone at [---]
