There is no issue that bulldozing this location wouldn't solve.  Short of that, the effort would be futile.  This was not my first choice - I was booked at the Bridgeton location and they cancelled my reservation made 3 weeks previously just a few hours before I was to arrive, supposedly due to a plumbing problem.  They rebooked me at this location (at a higher rate) when I insisted that they fix the situation.  Where to start?  The room smelled of pot.  The phone was just a shell - no receiver, cord, or buttons.  The lampshades were stained and broken.  There was a hole through the door to the bathroom which was thoughtfully plugged with toilet paper.  There was exposed electrical wiring connections.  Mildew abounded.  Two soiled washcloths were left in the bathroom from a previous guest.  The toilet was a disgrace.  There was a hole in a bathroom wall.  The bathtub was stained.  There were only two sets of towels in the room, and as we were three people, we went to the front desk to get another, and no towels were available until the next morning.  The closet rod was broken.  The dresser was missing a drawer.

A Complete Disaster

This homeless camp is an absolute dump that should immediately closed. Filthy room with disgusting tub, sticky bathroom floor, dust balls and dirt along the floor and damage to the walls and ceiling. The parking lot looked like a auto salvage wrecking yard with plastic windows and duct tape holding in the windows. The smell of drugs, people handing off the second story drinking beer, and partiers with various women entertainment walking around the property. IWe feel thankful no gunshots occurred during the night and not a safe neighborhood. Never booking a Red Roof Inn!

Worse than homeless camp.

I do not recommend stay at 307 Dunn RD 63031 owner desk attendant very rude tried not to help us at all . Tub was dirty , refrigerator didn’t work room was very filthy and disgusting I’m from Indiana and I’ll never come back to visit suck nasty place again

Worse Stay EVER !!! Dirty Tub !! ETC !!!

As I became somewhat homeless after the passing of my father I had to find a place to live. I ended up coming to the Red Roof here in Florissant, MO. From the time I arrived to still currently residing while I work out getting my own place again not only has the service been outstanding the staff are helpful, friendly and with the amount of time I’ve been here they check on me to make sure I’m doing okay.... With everything on the hotel side but also just a genuine care of me as a person and not just another paying customer. That is something that truly goes a long way, especially with me, coming from a service profession! Also accommodating my pup for free is a big bonus as well!! I would recommend anyone in the area if needing a roof over their heads, Definitely come check out RED ROOF INN STL/FLORISSANT... 

AMAZING HOTEL!! 

Horrible I found all 6 things in the first few mins of walking in the door the door looks like it was a bullet hole that was stuffed with tissue that ceiling was falling apart and bathroom ceiling had large patches of mold on told of that they put a car air freshener on the a/c to make the room smell better and I was welcomed by a fly on my bed SMH

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Hotel I’ve ever been in

I really enjoy the stay Cool clean laid back spot to chill it has cable very affordable right off highway a lot food places. To choose from small microwave and ice box to put some items in they also offer reward card right next to 7/11

The worker at the front desk Honey Robinson is very sweet and kind she's very helpful & when calling to ask small questions are even if your room dont comfort you she will make you feel welcome and comfy.

me and my friend reserved a room here for just one night.
we were only in the room for 20 minutes before my friend started seeing little bugs all over the floor and the wall.
we ignored it after she killed them. but then another was on the mirror were we could visibly see it, and we found that they were roaches!!!
as soon as that happened we packed up our stuff, and i found a roach on some lotion i had sitting on the microwave. THEN i noticed like 3 roaches on & around the microwave! it was just too many roaches to ignore. we left immediately and got a full refund.

very short visit

Excellent customer service. Clean room. The people there are friendly. I come in about once a month. They know me and What my room needs are when I come back each time. I will continue to visit this location.

Great place

I had a wonderful stay staff was great. Property is clean. The room was clean and housekeeping was very attentive to whatever I needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that may need a place to stay on short notice or planning a trip.
