What was bad

The hotel was advertised as a suite, but had NO chairs, sofa nor working clock. When I asked the owner/manager about chairs for the dining table, I was given one chair. His excuses included, the other rooms needed additional chairs and the missing sofas were being replaced. Additionally, several lights in the parking lot were out, so I did not have a sense of safety and security when arriving and departing after dark. This was perhaps one of the worst Candlewood Suites, I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The quality of service and room were not commensurate with the amount of money paid for this very unprofessionally managed facility. The floor in the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. The manager/owner made pitiful excuses for the missing chairs and sofa in the room.
