Everything was great!! The staff was all friendly, the place was packed but very quiet, and the rooms were great for the money. Great location that was close to all the shopping and food establishments.

Great Stay

I reserved a room for 4 nights, only stayed 2 nights. The room had a broken vanity and it was laying on the floor. They did not have clean towels which did not make sense because there were very few guests there. When we did get towels they were so dingy we did not use them. They did not even have a closet or place to hang your clothes. They bed covers were nasty. One of the guest 2 doors down had a grill full of chicken on it that we had to walk around to get to our room  i  checked out after two days and had to find another hotel. I was there for my graduation and had to go somewhere else to meet what should have been in the place. I will NEVER stay here again nor recommend anyone else to stay there. Not sure why Wyndham has their stamp of approval on this place. very disappointing.and disgusting.

Don't be deceived

This place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I was given keys to a room that was currently occupied by someone else and walked in!!! I was short on time as we were there for a volleyball tournament and humbled myself as people make mistakes. I went back in the office to let them know the situation she then gave me another room. It was absolutely filthy!! The sheets were dirty, there was very visible long black hairs on the tissue dispenser, the mirror was absolutely filthy with wipe marks and what looked to be spit from people brushing their teeth, it smelled like musty mold. The customer service is horrible. I told them I couldn’t stay. The front desk lady was very rude and tried to argue with me because I wasn’t angry if you will when so had to go back in there the first time. It was VERY VERY uncomfortable. I booked through 3rd party Expedia. The front desk lady told me I would have to go through Expedia for a refund. Upon doing so the hotel is denying the refund. The price was higher than the Hampton yet it was un safe, filthy, and the customer service was terrible… Why are they denying a refund when services were not provided. That is very very GREEDY (in a sense it’s theft)  please pick somewhere else to go. Someone could get the keys to your filthy room.. The area is not good either. EXTREMELY uncomfortable!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was filthy.  Towels were horrible. Room had smell. And the sink broke on my foot!! Floor was disgusting, our feet were black!!! I think it's in very poor take that o only $25 off my bill. I will never stay at another Days Inn again!!!

Horrible

The room smelled like mildew, none of the light switches worked (not even the bathroom), but at least the bed was bedbug free! Hope whoever was in the room above us is okay.. They had a domestic 'discussion' that ended with one of them or something heavy slamming to the floor. 

Who Even Needs Light Switches?

We checked in to our room to be greeted by an extremely strong bleach smell, but just because it smells clean doesn’t mean it is. Our shoes were sticking to the floors, food was all over the floor and several areas with spills, and the bed appeared to have blood spots on the top blanket. Needless to say we were absolutely disappointed! I immediately called down to the front desk and informed them and was told the room had just been cleaned. We immediately booked a different hotel and I requested a refund. The only thing thing that made me happy was they did do so as they seen the reason we were leaving and wanted to make it right.

Disgusting!!

The bed was the best thing about this trip, very comfortable. The concern is the room was still grimy from construction, including the bathroom. Towels were still dirty. Employees there were great when asking for help for something. Disappointed that no one was taking out the over flowing trash by the outside trash cans as a storm blew in and trash went everywhere. 

Cleanliness concerns

The property is not as new as some but is maintained well. The room was fine. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well. The complimentary breakfast was good enough. I will probably stay there again next time that I am in Foley.

Older But Acceptable

Don’t. Just don’t! The FILTHIEST place I’ve ever stayed. And for $150 a night! The pool has algae growing in it. The first room we were given had stains all over the bed. I asked for another room. It was even worse. Stains on the beds, hair in the beds, filthy floor, dirty bathroom, stained towels, someone else’s food in the fridge, someone else’s underwear behind the bed. It was VERY obvious it had not been cleaned. I did pull the sheets back to check the beds, which is when I saw stains and hair. Went back to the office and told them we just wanted to get a refund and leave. The owner was extremely rude and flat out refused a refund because I had checked the beds and he considered this “using the room”. He offered absolutely NO solution until I was irate and demanded he clean the room. He did clean the room, but let me make very clear, the ONLY reason we stayed is because he would not give us our money back. Corporate was also absolutely NO help. During this whole process, another family was complaining that they had to go buy their own sheets and towels because there were blood stains, hair and gravel in their beds. The hotel also tried to put another family in the first room I had just said was unclean. And another family was having to switch rooms because their key wouldn’t work. TO THE OWNER: you should be ashamed of your business operation standards! You offered zero help until I demanded it and still offered absolutely no apology during our stay.

Do NOT stay here!

The room was disgusting, bed sheets were dirty, towels had brown spots all over them, toilet ran all night, and lastly roaches crawling around. Needless to say we immediately checked out after encountering the room.
