Old broken down motel...Not worth it! My room door lock was reinforced with black tape. The fire extinguisher outside was tapped up too. Room was clean but everything in it was old. The location is really good, too bad this place is such a mess.

Don't bother!

Smelt like hunan urine. No blankets on bed and no extra in room. Was supposed to be no pet hotel but am almost positive we heard one barking. And the carpet was atrocious. Afraid to walk in socks let alone bare feet.

Keep looking.

It has a rather tired air about it.  Some attempt has been made to smarten it up but it needs more than just a holding operation. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - hence the two stars - even directing us to a local Chinese restaurant.  We were in a rather strange room.  It looked as if it was meant for longer stays as there was a separate room with a large sink and a wall-mounted TV - althought there was only one chair in it and you couldn't see the TV from the bed.  When we mentioned to the receptionist that it was sold as a non-smoking room and that it really did have a strong smell of cigarette smoke, we were given a can of air freshner....  Maybe I'm looking for too much for my money but the minimum I would hope for is that the electrical appliances were safe and not held together with sticky tape. Given its position just off the main through route, it needs to get its act together, have some money spent on it and start earning some real money.

Stayed 1 night only accomodation available. Budget motel reception small. Paid cash as staff not able to use credit machine. Room dark and basic. 1 double bed TV fridge and microwave. Bathroom worn. Good WIFI didn't stay for breakfast.  I wouldn't stay again

Did not like this place! Felt like we were in a carport add-on room. Overhead light was on the side of the wall - tub did not drain - my husband had to work on the toilet to make it flush! TV remote would not work. I think people lived here full time and they just rent out a few of the rooms! Would not recommend, did not enjoy this stay! 

Drive on by - don't stop! 

This is a strange place--really.  It is a very old motel that was rehabbed with the best of intentions, I am sure.  But running an extension cord under tape across the entry way to the air conditioner is a bit much.  So was the appearance of a splice cap coming out of the heater in the bathroom (yes, at least there was a GFTI plug).  We stayed here after camping for nine days and it was cheaper ($76 a night is not cheap, even now a days) and definitely clean.  No leaky faucets, nice shower head in a shower stall, everything worked as expected.  Would I stay here again--don't know; I would look for other places.  I did turn in the three-inch knife I found on the ground to the management yet I did not feel unsafe.  Strange place.
