There was black mold, dog feces,and roaches. In every single room they offered us. My elderly grandmother could not breath any of this is in. She is 69 with health problems. No one should breath it in. They will not let us speak to any managment or the owners. We left almost as soon as we got there and were told we could not get a refund. This is wrong they are stealing from the elderly at this point and are absolutely ok with it. I really think this filthy,  unprofessional, boorish, absolutely dangerous, establishment should be condemned. At the very least inspected, or reported to someone who can make a difference.

Horrible place should be absolutely condemned.

My husband stayed at this motel for two nights a week Room 103. We thought he had a rash from the laundry detergent, not so. It was BED BUGS and he brought them home!!! Now it is going to cost a minimum of $1500 to have the house exterminated.
Beware, owner is not helpfull!  Last stayed here June 2020

BED BUGS!!

We have stayed at this hotel  because it was conveniently located near the area that we were working at. 
We reserved 8 rooms total for our crew. When it became apparent that we would be checking out early , we told the hotel 3 days before checking out and was told that was fine since we gave them enough in advance. When we checked out, I got the receipts for each room which reflected the correct amount charged. BUT when I got my credit statement , I got charged for the entire amount including the days after we were gone and an extra room.....I called them and spoke to Pam ( the manager ) 3 different times and she kept saying she would look into it and call me right back but never did. That is not right and the owners are never available to talk to.....
You are better off driving a bit more and not getting ripped off!

This hotel can be an OK value if you just need a place to crash for one night and you sleep soundly but I did not have a good nights rest. The bed was caved in at the middle.  Again sleeping alone was not as much of a problem but 2 people in that bed would have sank into each other. Also when the window AC into shut off the water drip was super loud and kept me awake. Also the halls were noisy all night.  The bathroom ceiling was peeling off.   Just not a restful experience.  It is okay if your young and need a “value” nights stay but the property is very dated and is just a “crapshoot” for a good nights rest.

Just can’t recommend anymore

People at front desk were very nice.  My first impression of the lobby when I walked in was, do I really want to stay here?  The lobby was hot the AC was not on or broken?  Children were climbing all over the furniture.  I pre-checked the room and it looked pretty good.  TV channels were good, slept very well, bathroom was large but needed a vanity.  Not enough room around sink to set things.  A Walmart Neighborhood Market, and a few restaurants are near by.

Decent Place to Stay For Not Much Money

8 loud unsupervised teenage boys were next door. I asked to be move to another room, but was told there weren't any. Yet promised the problem would be fixed. 4 hours later it still wasn't. Neither I nor my wife got a moments sleep. At 2:30 AM we told the front desk staff we couldn't stand it any more so we were leaving. She apologized and assured us the manager would give me a refund. The next day when I called the manager told me the counter person misspoke and no refund or proration would be given. She said I should have canceled my booking if I was unsatisfied, before entering the room. Once I entered, I "used" the room so no refund would be given. I was shocked that the manager wouldn't uphold the word of her staff member. That demonstrates NO INTEGRITY. I encourage you to stay at a different hotel.

Literally my worst hotel experience ever

5 stars is for the hotel itself. Rooms were large and clean. Staff very friendly and their insight to local eateries was top notch.
While our stay was great the first night can't say the say for the 2nd. 
Children there visiting with their grandmother kept us awake until 11 pm when I finally called the front desk and complained for a 2nd time. Seems they were unaware there was children in the building. Then the drunks from a concert came in about 1am and carried on until 3am. I did not call and complain I just tolerated it. Only got about 3 hours sleep the 2nd night. Now to the dogs staff had no idea were in the building because they were sneaked in an unlocked side door.
Breakfast was OK if you wanted all carbs for breakfast. Could use some scrambled eggs and breakfast meats and real orange juice not Sunny Delight.
In my opinion the price was about double what I'm used to for a double with 2 person occupancy.
Having said all this would I stay there again, yes I would.

Nice place

You get what you pay for.   The rooms were spacious and clean.   Front desk staff were quick and courteous.   The morning breakfast was more of a quick snack, not what I would call a meal for me.  My biggest concern is that the back doors to the hotel didn't seem to lock.
