Photos don’t reflect the horrible conditions of the rooms. Asked for a non-smoking room and it reaked of smoke. Checked another room. Bed covers had cigarette burns in them and when I pulled back the covers there were bugs! Located next to male strip club! We left!

Worst hotel I’ve seen!

Worst motel In the state they don't give you rags AC barely worked microwave shorted out. Refrigerator aren't that cold or big I was there for 3 months they will rip you off with bogus fees housekeeping was almost non existent pests everywhere you name it they had it. 

Worst Motel Ever

Dishonest owner/st. Keep away from this Fort Wayne, IN location at 2920 Goshen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46808.
They'll show you a smelly dirty room, and ask you if you like it. When you ask for a different room, they'll be happy to bring you to another one, and charge you much more without telling you in advance. It deserves negative stars if there is one.

Dishonest Owner/Staff

This place is ran by dishonest thieves. We booked a room through GoSplitty. Never again with either company. Said it was pet friendly. Got there & they're not even people friendly. Had a sign that said "No pets on the premises." On top of that, charged a $50 deposit. Tacky. Got to the room, couldn't even watch regular TV, the bed was like a pull out sofa, the towels & bathroom was filthy. While I was on the phone with GoSplitty, 3 of them came to the room, all claiming to be owners & told us we were taking too long & get our stuff & get out. They said 4 different times that they would refund our money then wouldn't. Lied to GoSplitty & the police. We paid for a room we didn't even use. Choice hotels really needs to drop their franchise with this place. It gives them a bad name. Not to mention, one of them said that it was a drug motel, so no wonder we didn't fit in there. Just plain nastiness between the yahoos that run that place & the actual place itself. It needs to be torn down.

DON'T STAY HERE! RAN BY THIEVES & LIARS!!!

This is a truly disgusting place and it is a disgrace to be under the choice hotels brand. 1. Not part of the review per say, but please note the hotel is right next door to a gentlemans club. We checked in, and were honestly already slightly concerned from the conditions of the 'hotel' outside and some of the people hanging about. We got into the room and were immediately hit with the smell of smoke. It was like being inside a giant ashtray. Also, their were burn marks in the bedding, on the tub, the bathroom floor, the counters, etc. The bathroom also had a pair of dirty socks behind the door. Also, as a bonus at the top of the stairs around the corner from the room was vomit. Anyway, my daughter has smoke allergies so we went back down to the manager, Polly. *also note this is advertised as being both smoke and pet free. I asked for a refund and was told and shown an actual sign that says no refund after 10 minutes. I reminded her we had just checked in. She said, no it has been 14 minutes. After explaining about the allergy- and the man that she had just been talking to about teaching his dog to open the door for him after being locked out when he left the room due to someone trying to steal his bike- she offered another room. The other room was equally disturbing. We actually took pictures in this room. The smell was equal to the first room, but also had a faint skunk smell. I went back to Polly and told her we could not stay!! The hotel just hung up on Expedia representatives and refused to answer for their gross misrepresentation.

Lies and Disgust!!

This place is awesome! The rooms are emaculate and staff is amazing and don't put up with the b.s. No sign of bugs anywhere. Very family friendly and peaceful despite the busy location.  My son loves the free cold breakfast they offer every morning! My family definitely recommends and most definitely will visit again!

Awesome Stay!

Had a horrible experience while trying to check in. The person at the front desk decided she didn't like me and refused to give me a key for a room I had already paid for. She was beligerant,  starting swearing and threatened to call the police.  It felt like she was angry at someone else and took it out on me. 

Had to stay somewhere else. From the condition of the hotel and curious odors that is probably just as well.

The only good thing about this place is the employees.  They were friendly and courteous. 
So, I understand that for $40/ night, I would be getting an old dated motel room. It would be, you know, dated but clean. Wrong! I would rather sleep in the car! We got in too late to leave. 
This place is filthy. It smells horrible. Smokers have left their scent. It lingers and spreads with every move you make. The sheets, the carpet and the walls. It makes it hard to breathe. My mom and I have asthma so this was very hard to do. You can't take a deep breath. It burns your throat.  
This place is pretty quiet for the location (behind a strip bar).

Run away!

For the money hard to beat, I was travel thru on a motorcycle and like a ground outside entry, which they have.

The booking was easy and the check in smooth. The room I had faced north side of the building toward the main road but was quiet and no issue with road noise.

The room was king room, it was nice, clean and no issue, the bed was plush, comfy and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water.

The room had standard things fridge, microwave, so forth.

There is an excellent restaurant across the road to eat at, Liberty

I had no issue with the area, scooter was safe and nothing to worry about. There is some traveling working staying in area.

Yes the area might seem a bit down for some, and others with issue of the business on the other side of the tree/hedge line. But for the price it is good quality, clean, safe. if you have issue about the area or neighbor business, dont stay / then complain. Break out the wallet and spend more else where.

Great Stop Over

So I made a non-cancellable hotel reservation for one night for one room at this hotel, and honestly wasn't expecting much from it because of the reviews, but wanted to give it a shot. When we arrived to check in first of all, we were told that we had actually booked two rooms instead of one and the front desk worker wanted us to pay for two rooms!! I was like um no. I called Choice Hotels and got it worked out after being on hold for twenty minutes and talking to three people. 
Anyways, there was a gentlemans club next door so the crowds hanging out outside the rooms were exactly what you would expect from that. On our way to our room, we got stuck walking behind a lady, who was obviously from the gentlemans club, and that was just overwhelming. Then we were offered a $400 giftcard from a guy as we walked on to our room. NOT a good crowd. One room we looked at was disgusting and reeked of smoke, so we asked for another room. The second one was even worst, it honestly looked like the sheets hadn't been cleaned. We were done at the point so we walked up to the front and gave our key back and just left. I would stay away!!
