Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have no idea when the photos of this place that you see when looking for a hotel were taken but these rooms look nothing like that. They are old, musty smelling and absolutely filthy. Urine on the walls of bathroom, random splatters of lord knows what in the main room on the walls. Bed looked clean but the sheets and comforter/pillows smelled like mildew. A/C looked like it had exploded but worked - that is the only somewhat positive thing here. Very unsafe feeling area too. You get what you pay for. This hotel is for the users. 

I’d rather have slept in my car.

Roaches. Needle caps. Cigarette burns (in a smoke free hotel). Where should I start. This place is absolutely disgusting. Don’t plan on walking around barefoot. Floors are sticky af. They’ve never been cleaned. That’s obvious.  The smoke alarm (that was hard wired in the wall) has been ripped out. And of course they can’t even give you real comforter sets. They’ve got these sheets for blankets lol. Tv doesn’t have a remote. The bed has one pillow. And yes. I literally had roaches falling on me while laying in bed. Some ran out from the shower curtain when I turned the water on. A bunch were huddled under the fridge for warmth. I’m telling you guys this could go on forever. This place is simply not a good idea. And the Indian owners are seriously pulling up in a brand new Tesla to hide behind a window and make customers stand outside in 10 degree weather. And the amount of damages to the room was pathetic. Someone had to have kicked a hole through the bathroom door. And slammed the door knob into the wall.

My son booked his room with booking.com when he gets to their facility the gentleman says he cannot find his confirmation and would not even look for a confirmation And never would give the money back that they had already charged his card for. Poor excuse for management when you can’t understand them and they can’t understand you; we speak English in the United States.

Worst Management

My worst hotel experience ever!! Room was dirty, dusty, no shower curtain, and refrigerator had junk in it. Go to front desk & they give me another room. Floors was dirty, tub & toilet was nasty, but this time they sent someone to clean it. Had to go buy towels & blanket, towels & sheets were stained. I will never stay at OYO ever again

Horrible

Checking in i was talking with a young man behind bullet proof glass. They charged me for room & then a deposit $100. My 1st key didn't work. Reported it & was issued a new key which also didn't work. The same young man came up with the master key which also had difficulty working. I was approached by a hotel customer who asked me for money and was definitely under the influence of something. He approached my friends who waited to make sure i was safe for money. The hotel is not safe, broken sidewalks & chipped stairs. I never made it into the room & requested my deposit back. They did issue the $100 back which I got make in 3 business says. 

They will NOT refund the room rentals even though i didn't stay & they did reissue the deposit back which is proof i didn't stay. I did not feel safe and never made it into my room. PLEASE RETHINK THIS HOTEL. Your safety is worth more than staying here. Look elsewhere. Read these reviews.

Do NOT stay here

The hotel looks nothing at all like the pictures. I had two rooms here for almost a week after the air conditioning went out at our house. During that time I had to kill two giant cockroaches in my room. A crazy homeless man screamed at my elderly mom in the parking lot and a lady of the night tried to pick up my husband when he stepped out to smoke. The air conditioner in one room didn't cool well and neither room was ever cleaned, despite me specifically asking for it twice. The charges for walk in were more than twice as high as the prices if you booked online through the OYO hotels website. And if you booked online they were super rude to you for getting the cheaper price. The swimming pool was padlocked the entire time "for cleaning" And for the final FU, the hotel did not return the $100 on each room that they charged as a "security deposit." I am currently having to endure the hassle of disputing it through my bank. On the days that I paid in the office instead of online, my statement showed somebody's name instead of OYO hotels. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wish I could give zero stars.

I swear it, it is the last time I book a night in a OYO hotel (we have another bad experience in a first OYO hotel in Amarillo the night before...). First, as you, I’ve read comments here and a lot of people said that it was a bad experience. Don’t make things like me, read comments and trust them. 

- room who smell smoke. We have to change the room
SECOND ROOM : 
* one towel for three persons. And the towel was so dirty, instead of to be white it was grey/black 
* no pillow sleep. And pillow had stains, yellow and brown dirty marks 
* the comforter had holes and brown dirty marks too
* I asked for another towel, the man gave me one in another room but when I came back to my room, it’s wasn’t a towel it was a carpet. 
* we would change the room but « all are full ». Finally when we asked a refund, they change the room. In this one, there was only one towel too. (Who was dirty too...)
* there are a lot wasps of in the corridor 
* nobody cleaned the room between those two nights. 
* in this second room, the air conditionner wasn’t in « on position ». So we arrived in 43°C (109° F)
* and what can I say about bathroom ? So dirty... as the floor (bugs dead), and walls.

If you want to book in a OYO hotel, especially this one : CHANGE YOUR PLANS !!

Gross,  dirty,  half a joint of marijuana on the headboard,  used razor by tv, sheets only,  no comforter,  pool not in use,  $150 deposit( which by the way.... nothing in the room is worth $150 combined), no cable,  no remote for staticy tv.  Terrible customer service!!!

Do not go!!!

Let me start with saying that I gave this motel 6 3 stars because they didn't charge me the first night when I had to cancel after the 24 hour required time.  Kudos for this.  The parking lot needs serious attention.  Potholes everywhere and a lot of debris floating around.  The pool was murky and greenish.  Pretty sure the gate was locked for that reason.  The room was happily clean and the beds looked just like they do in the advertisement.  The bathroom tub and toilet were old but clean and everything worked.  The water is hot.  The sink and counter was new and updated but the water saver on the faucet is too restrictive.  No tissues, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker or hair dryer.  Just the bare minimums, which of course is why the price is so low.  $75 for one night with tax and fees included.  I see why folks will stay here.  We were here for a softball tournament, not a vacation, so I see the benefit of having a place like this to stay for a couple of nights.  The manager and her assistant were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff was friendly and they do their job well.  Take a blanket.  AC works great but I was freezing that night and the blanket on the bed is thin.
