The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio view, the comfy seating, the large tvs, and the roomy floor plan. Anthony is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions. We will return. 

Comfy, Quiet Condo Near Disney Parks

Amazing place! Felt right at home. It has everything you need! I loved staying here and I didn’t want to leave haha! Very friendly and helpful host :) I will definitely stay here again! I loved that the pool and gym were a few steps away! Thank you so much! :)

Great host would definitely recommend everything was nice clean and he was very accommodating from check in to check out. My family and i will be going to him from now on great great host. Pools and volley ball court was a plus :)

Wonderful

Wow - this was our first time using AirBNB and we were incredibly impressed! Anthony's place was perfect for our two-week Family of 5 Disney/Orlando vacation.
Location: Talk about a perfect spot - close to all the Disney Theme Parks (15 min drive taking the back-way, so you avoid the major bottlenecks on the main roads!!!) Plus, during your non-park days, you are super close to all the essentials - grocery stores, gas, restaurants, etc. But what we loved most was Legacy Dunes is set back far enough from the main roads to give you peace/privacy in a gated/secured community.
Resort Amenities: Kids loved the beach-entry pool, which was never crowded. It also has a nice size fitness center/game room.
Apartment: Super clean and spacious - kids had their own room/bathroom/TV, washer/drier, full-sized kitchen, and a place for parents to relax on a screened-in patio.
Communication: The two times I reached out to Anthony, he responded incredibly fast!

Amazing Spot for Families/Visiting Disney!

I was not thrilled by this location. I was made to believe this was a family-friendly environment. The wifi was unstable, and my children could not use their devices, which lead us to more outdoor activities during our stay. Normally this would be a great opportunity, however, with the constant dog feces being left everywhere, my children ruined 2 pairs of shoes each. When they are not stepping in dog poop, they were finding vapes just laying around. This place is not meant for families, more like vendors offering services in the area. There is an array of commercial vehicles in the parking lot. The music being blasted from one second-floor unit in the building made it hard to sleep at some points. No security was seen anywhere. A joke really! It is gated but that's extremely laughable in the way of safety from all I saw. Stay away.

Avoid this place

Spent 3 weeks in Mary's 4 Bedroom Condo at Legacy Dunes. The condo was clean and well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues which were dealt with quickly. Mary was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly.  The complex is very well maintained and quiet for the most part. This would be an ideal location suitable for a remote working staycation with good wi-fi and telephone while having  access to the amenities of the complex. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan on returning next year. Mary has another unit in the complex as well and we plan to deal with her again. Excellent Stay at Mary's 4 Bedroom Condo at Legacy Dune

This is a top notch 2 br condo on the 1st floor making it very convenient for seniors in particular.  The condo is decorated very professionally and the appliances are quite new - all working well.  This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and this attests to the quality of the property manager Mary has hired to maintain the condo.  A big plus is that the condo has its own wifi in addition to that provided by Legacy Dunes.  This makes it ideal for anyone looking to work remotely and still being able to enjoy the benefits of being able to vacation in sunny Florida.  Mary owns a 2nd condo in the Legacy Dunes complex - a 4 br unit and this condo also maintained in top notch condition.

Don't rent these for your Florida vacations. 
It was very very disappointing when we got here and we were in the 3rd floor with 2 toddlers. Which was never advertised as a third floor. But I guess it's my fault for not asking. There's these tiny tiny ant like bugs literally EVERYWHERE even on the night stands. Pictures were sent to the owner via email and his response was "just keep the doors closed " well duh, i know this, especially in flordia!  I saw a roach in the living area and in the kitchen and had my boyfriend pull the fridge out to check and sure enough there was roach traps under it. I am a general manager of a hotel and get very good employee discounts but decided to get something bigger as we have 2 small kids. 

The shower curtains are moldy. The plastic one was ripped off from the inside and the little rings were left. 

The location and size is perfect.  But the cleanness is what ruined everything that we ended up not staying the last few nights. 

I've seen the responses on the negative reviews and I should have checked before reserving because they're very rude and unprofessional.  Seems like they can't just apologize for the issue(s) and give compensation. They just talk back and the guest is always wrong and at fault for everything. 

The mattresses need to be replaced. They're terrible. The bottom of one of the tubs still had dirty foot prints I literally wiped it with a towel and it came off.

I DID LIKE- that it's a gated development. Quiet,no noisey neighbors.

They had am extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.  A sample size dish soap, laundry soap packets, Dishwasher tablets , & a couple trash bags. 

 If these places were thorough cleaned it would be perfect. I quick wipe down isn't cutting it.

Not very clean

We took our daughter to Disney for the first time and stayed here for 8 days in June of 2021. It was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Mary responds very quickly to e-mails and gave us a lot of suggestions for places to go in the area. There is a playground on the property as well as 2 very well maintained pools. It was only a short drive to Disney and is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The patio has a peaceful view and was nice to sit and have our coffee in the mornings.  We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again, but will book next time on orlandocondoatlegacydunes.com .
