We had friends visit us, and the next day for check out they told us we couldn’t stay there any longer after being here for two weeks. They are rude and very disrespectful. Not worth the money we’ve invested in this place. There’s only two people stayed in this room, btw there was one bed. So they will not be getting anything from us again. Absolutely horrible service. Terrible.

HORRIBLE

We were coming south on 95, needed to get sleep after a days worth of driving. Pulled into the parking lot at night. Night person said pet friendly, so we stayed one night. Late December and cold in the area. Room next to ours were shirtless, and selling like a drive in pharmacy. Daytime it was quiet. Manager said he use to run banquet halls and apologized for the awful coffee in the lobby. I decided to shower and up from the soft flooring in the bathroom came roaches as soon as the steam gathered. I got out and toweled off, to find pounding on my door. Manager blaming my small dogs for waste in the parking lot. Now the Pit Bulls next door were always going without the owner picking up. I said to the Manager that there was no way that it was theirs they were too small . He said get out..... I give you back your money and get out.....so we did just that..... Drama and excitement abound but not the kind you want while on vacation. Building should be condemned. Beware...

AWFUL DRUGS SOLD, SOILED ROOMS AND VERMIN...

We woke up to bugs crawling on us.  At 3am, there sounded like a party going on outside and in the rooms next to us.  We just wanted a few hours sleep to get back on the road.  Never again. We are driving now and am still so sleepy.

Never Again

It was $65 a night for a non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke and had an ashtray on the table.  The a/c unit blew out more nasty smelling air.  The furniture was falling apart and half the outlets did not work.  Beware that this hotel is right next to red roof inn, so if you are tired and not paying attention, it is possible to get the wrong hotel.

Horrible!

There is a big parking lot in the back and plenty of room too walk my dog. Each room has it's own outside door, which is convenient with a pet. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Right next to a great Mexican restaurant. A little run down but not bad. Clerk behind bullet proof glass.

This place is so disgusting it should be shut down.  The manager is a mean nasty man who has no sense of customer service.  They don't have a system according to the woman behind the desk so they will only deal with hard copy reservations.  If you have an email or a confirmation number it is not good enough.  You have to call the website you booked through and have them FAX the confirmation before they will even consider helping you.  
I am criticizing myself for not reading the reviews before booking this reservation but in my defense we were on the road for 12 hours and it had been pouring rain the last four.  I figured we just needed a bed to rest and then drive more the next day.  Well...that was a huge mistake.  The rooms were disgusting!  There was a large dead cock roach looking bug in the middle of the room, the bedspread had burn holes in it which matched the burn holes in the sheets.  the bathroom was just grudgy looking and probably dirty but we didn't touch anything to find out.  The carpet was crunchy it was so old and dirty!  I had to put my socks on each time I got up to walk across the room.  We went to call the front desk to ask about WIFI but the phone didn't work.  As if this wasn't bad enough, at 2:00am I was awoken from a deep sleep to hear and see the door opening and catching on the bolt thingy.  I ran across the room and banged the door shut.  There was a man outside who had been assigned to my room and the front desk clerk had programmed the key so he would have been in my room had I not latched the lock.  The next morning I went to complain and the same jerky manager from the night before told me there was no way that happened and that I should have come to the office when it happened.  So he wanted me to leave my room at 2:00am, in the dark, pouring rain to walk around the building, while there was a stranger was outside my door trying to get in.  Really?????  He didn't understand why I was saying I could have been put in a dangerous situation.

STAY AWAY!  Seriously...far away.

Traveling with family from Florida to New Jersey.  We usually drive the entire trip in one day but got a late start, so we stopped in Fredericksburg, VA to get some rest. It was a Friday night and the Hampton Inn was booked,  so we stayed at the Knights Inn across the street.   It was one of the dirtiest motels I've ever been to.   Carpets were dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, and the strange thing was the drywall putty that was on the inside of the bathroom door handle,  presumably to keep it from locking? ??
