One of the best bed and breakfast experiences we ever had. I actually stayed twice in two weeks, once for business and on a return trip with my husband. I cannot say enough good things about Lynn and Matt and their lovely inn. So much luxury is included, even in their smallest room (Beaver Pond - where I stayed when I traveled alone). So many extra thoughtful touches are included, and the linens are among the most luxurious I have ever slept in! There is so much attention to detail, and the full homecooked breakfast is a bonus! Lynn and Matt are exceptional hosts and make you feel that you are family from the moment you step into the door. The Inn is beautifully decorated, with tasteful, fine and comfortable furnishings. The photos on their website, while beautiful, do not do the rooms complete justice. The breakfast room offers lovely views of the property, and the living room is warm and inviting. They even have a liquor license and bar on the premises. The Inn is also a stunning location for a wedding or other special family gathering.  This combined with a walk to town location where one can enjoy the local shops and restaurants makes a stay at the Noble House Inn extra special. My husband and I give Lynn, Matt and the Noble House Inn our highest recommendation. 

Exceptional hosts, superb location and luxurious accommodations

Great accommodations! Beautiful property within walking distance of town and lake.  Stopped for one night driving from Bar Harbor to Stowe.  Attic suite perfect room for 3-4 adults. Electric fireplace, towel warmer, pullout very comfortable! 
Disappointed with breakfast. One size fits all, bagel sandwich. To much bagel, not enough stuffing or spread. 
Beware, shower slippery and only one place to sit other than bed.

Just escaping Texas

Lovely quiet location about an hour from Portland ME. About 20 minutes from the numerous summer camps around  Sebago Lake. The charming small town of Bridgeton is a few minutes walk from the property. The innkeepers are friendly and the nicely renovated property is clean and everything was in working order. Parking is convenient. 
Breakfast was actually a cooked meal featuring Maine blueberries and excellent coffee

Charming location in Mountain lakes district not far from Portland

I was there for one night. The room was small (as noted in the description) but clean and fresh.  I've been in other bed and breakfasts and this felt more modernized and clean. Nice white bedding, which seems to be rare at older properties. The town lakefront with swim docks and picnic tables was very nearby. I was a bit surprised that the screened in porch mentioned for my room was shared with two other rooms (with small partitions to indicated which section was for me.

Nice, clean, comfortable option

The Noble House Inn is definitely on my list of BnBs to recommend. Due to my own bad planning, we stayed in 3 rooms during our 8 day stay.  Each room was well appointed and super clean. Lacked nothing to make our stay comfortable. 
The Inn is well situated and we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very accommodating.  Our breakfast was always very tasty.

SUPERB NEST IN MAINE

Just returned from an overnight stay in the Treehouse suite which was just lovely. We really enjoyed the spacious room and the bedding was so comfortable. We would have liked to have been able to watch TV in bed but that is a very minor inconvenience. We liked being able to have an afternoon drink and the breakfast bloody mary was delicious. The entire breakfast was outstanding. I will definitely be experimenting with poached pears. It was a wonderful getaway made even better by such wonderful hosts. We hope to see you again soon! Four Thumbs Up

Just got back from a 2 night stay in the treehouse suite. To say that this inn is amazing is an understatement. From our arrival and throughout our stay, our experience was nothing but perfect! The suite was nice and cozy making it perfect for our stay. The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the in suite fireplace and towel warmer! The owners Lynn and Matt truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing! I can’t say enough about Lynn and Matt and their dedication to their guests! Breakfast was amazing and with my dietary restrictions, Lynn went above and beyond to provide me with a delicious breakfast that I could enjoy! The location was perfect with a short drive to Pleasant Mountain. I can’t wait to plan another trip soon!

Perfect weekend getaway

The hard working owners have done a lot of work to renovate the facility and upgrade the grounds.  If you need a GF diet, this place will  give you a breakfast that you can trust is really GF.  The location, close to Highland Lake, is quiet and comely.  What the places needs to reach the next level of Maine B&Bs is the common room experience for the traveler/visitor end-of-day time period...that is public rooms that invite guests with comfortable furniture, activities, ambiance (fire place?), etc.  This would allow the B&B  experience to happen, make it more than just a place for a rented room.

Nicely renovated Inn

Lynn and Matt are wonderful, friendly hosts and Inn owners. The hideaway suite was perfect, great bedroom and roomy adjacent reading/tv room. All round great experience, with daily gourmet breakfast and just gorgeous grounds overlooking the Lake! A special place.

An Inn that blends a warm welcome with unique and high quality facilities.

The room was a good size and very clean as was the ensuite.  The bed was very comfortable.  The breakfast was freshly cooked and of high quality, very tasty with fresh fruit and yogurt also.  We only had one night here but would have happily stayed for longer.
