It was a very well maintained campground.  We would return again.  The only downfall was internet service which was gotten from an outside vendor.  And in the big picture, there is no need for internet when your surrounds are as nice as what we enjoyed!!

Camping with my Sister

We really enjoyed our stay.  We had an RV site in the upper section.  Most of the sites were very large - much larger than most places where we camped.  We liked the variety of activities for the weekend we were there.  There was coming for everyone - bingo, trick or treating, craft fair, haunted house.  We will definitely be going again!

Great Campground for Families

Campground had lots of activities for a Halloween theme weekend!  Sites were spacious and clean and staff was friendly and courteous.  Lots of things to do in the area as well. We will be back to stay again 

Great weekend

My husband and I have been staying here for many years and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!
It is truly our home away from home.  It is clean, peaceful, and the location is perfect with everything close by

From the staff to the facilities Spring Gulch exceeded our expectations. A variety of activities are within 30 minutes of Spring Gulch.  The tranquil setting of Spring Gulch is a lovely place to spend a week.  We will return in the future.

September At Spring Gulch

Spring gulch is a nice campground but after going there for a few years, and not see improvement with the small things its discouraging. For a centralized area it is great. Shady Maples, antique shops and farmers markets nearby.

Camping

   Spring Gulch was recommended to us by someone we met on a trip to OBX. We had stayed at other campgrounds in Lancaster and he suggested trying Spring Gulch. Every reason he gave us for trying it was 100% on point. We rented a cabin since it was my husband and I taking our 2 young granddaughters and it was only a two night stay. Our only regret, not staying longer.
   The campground is huge, two immaculate pools, two lakes one for swimming and one for fishing, mini golf, playgrounds and just walking thru the park. You can also rent golf carts from a local company, we will def do this next time. The park was very well maintained as were the cabins. The cabin was roomy enough for the four of us and was very quiet and the beds comfy. Also close enough to walk to the pool. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The location of the campground is very nice, far enough away from the business area but not to far to travel back and forth. Another plus… close to Lapp Valley Farm ice cream. I have nothing negative to say about our stay, it was perfect for our granddaughters and for us. 

New Favorite Campground

Great place to come if you want to get away and have a relaxing time.  We were there for 5 nights and never left.  There are small towns around for antique shopping if you do want to leave but staying there is nice and quiet.  

Family Weekend

Loved this campground... great staff and lots of things to do nearby.. Okay, here are some more words to meet the 200 character minimun. I really think the first sentence conveys how much i enjoyed my stay...

Great Campground!

This is our third year coming here and we love it. We stay in the elite section and sites are always spacious and very well shaded which makes for a nice stay in the summer heat. Pool and bath houses were clean and well maintained.
