Me and my friend stayed here for a super short girls trip. 
We didn’t get to the hotel to check in until Midnight Friday.
Clerks at the front desk were nice and got us checked in quickly. Parking was a nightmare.. we couldn’t find one open spot so we just parked along the hillside in the parking lot. However the next morning parking was available everywhere and we were able to snag the spot right next to the elevator. 
Our room was nice and clean, however the lighting is terrible. Only one overhead light by the window which wasn’t bright at all.. two wall lights next the beds were bright, but one was broken. The beds were super comfy and the TV was a decent size.
 
The sink vanity area by the bathroom was very nice & bright with lots of counter space. The bathtub was small and the shower wasn’t the best, but it worked and the water was hot. 

The only complaint I really could have is the curtains.. they aren’t directly against the window so there is a gap close to the door and people walking by could look into your room.. I personally just fixed this by tucking the curtain into the door. Ha. 

Overall the hotel is nice for the price you pay per night.
Being in a very popular destination spot .. the rooms definitely get lot of use, therefore are going to show some wear and tear. 
I have stayed in very high end hotels and I have stayed in some sketchy ones, this one I would say is middle ground. 

I seen on previous posts about road noise .. I didn’t hear anything outside our room. 

The best part of the hotel is the LOCATION.. 
The location  is perfection and one of the main reasons we stayed here .. 
You can honestly just park your car upon arrival and just walk everywhere!
Your a block away from Blake Sheltons Old Red restaurant, a couple blocks from the Aquarium, Anakeesta, the village and the main drag where all the shops, wine tasting, moonshine distillery’s are, along with all the fun things to see and do. 

If your looking for a hotel that isn’t going to break the bank, offer a safe and great location this is the one for you!!

Girls Trip

I loved this hotel it was a great walk to everything. Just 2 blocks from the trolley station . I picked the far end of Gatlinburg so I can exit without actually passing through the main town. They had a good breakfast to start your day. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.. One thing was they didn't have to many channels on the tv. Which was okay I needed to get out the room.. However they did have a lot of kid friendly shows available. The staff was fantatic. Very knowledgeable about the area. Views of the patio was also very relaxing. They also had rocking chairs outside. I will definitely stay here again for some more rest and relaxing

Great stay, peaceful and relaxing!

Room was excellent. Continental breakfast was well stocked, but the wait for the waffle maker was a little long at times. May re quest adding another maker. Staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel was located in a great location within walking distance to downtown but still away from the main drag.

Family spring break vacation

Lobby was clean and staff was friendly. The room was nice. There was a dead stink bug in the window seal you could see before entering the room. There were crumbs on the base of the platform bed. There was no working fan in the bathroom or hand towel hanger by the sink. One of the beds had like dried plastic spots on the sheets that were scratchy to the touch. The room was pretty clean other than the previous statement. The room had no odors. There was some noise from the street. Overall nice experience.

Nice hotel for the money

Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean. We only slept here. We stayed out all day. The beds and pillows were softer than some fancy hotels.
The only thing that we didn't like was the breakfast.  The food didn't taste good and we had to wait for it to even come out

Elevator only worked half the time going to 3rd floor, garbages outside were never emptied the whole time we were there (5 nights), surprised there were no bears due to this, the website said they had laundry facilities for guests but did not, the continental breakfast seemed to never be stocked, ice machine was broken 
We paid only 60 a night, we were thinking about staying another night, until we saw the price went up to 220 a night (Friday), it was “ok” for 60 a night, but definitely not worth 220 a night!!
They were obviously short staffed because the same guy worked from breakfast well until 7-8 pm all week.

Could be a lot better

First, do not believe what you see in the pictures on their website. They are extremely deceiving. When we checked in, we were given room #1098. NONE of the other rooms were numbered in the thousands. We drove around looking for our room for a good 5 minutes before finally parking and going back to the office to be shown our room. Our room was off to the side in a walkway on the floor with the rooms in the 100’s. The room number was a piece of paper taped to the door and the peephole was broken with a piece of paper shoved into it. Red flags before we ever entered the room. The room was extremely bland and dingy looking. The floors looked to have not been swept and definitely hadn’t been mopped because the floor was sticky in places. Not a floor you would want to walk on barefoot. 4 very small pillows on the king size bed. The bathroom, in my opinion had not gotten much attention by housekeeping either. The shower wouldn’t drain so there was standing dirty water at our feet while we bathed. The shower curtain hung way above the tub for some reason and allowed water to just run into the floor. The shower head was leaking and spraying streams of water out into the bathroom floor as well. The ceilings had water spots in different areas of the room. The one and only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. I will never book here again.

Never again!

This place is nasty! Saw several cockroaches in our room. Linens were just thrown in the bathroom. Paint peeling everywhere and broken tiles. No elevator and getting to rooms on the backside was quite a hike. Staff was silly and immature. Location is the only good thing about this place.

Cockroach Pointe

We were in town for a Turkey Bowl with our kids football teams. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and have never stayed somewhere like this! We found roaches in our room, there were random holes in the floor and ceiling, just disgusting. House keeping barely cleaned the rooms and never left enough towels. When we arrived we had no toilet paper and when we came to the front desk to ask for some the lady was very rude. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:00am we were down in the lobby at 7:05 and breakfast was still not out, when we asked about it we were met with an attitude. 7:45 the finally started putting it out.  Also I am pretty sure everywhere around here keeps their trash cans locked. This hotel did not and we had bears every single night. Sure they are cool to look at but I feel like they are putting their guest at risk, the bears know they can come down and knock over the cans and get into the trash so they keep coming. I do not recommend and will definitely not be staying here again.

Roaches, holes and Bears oh my!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Walking distance to the strip for restaurants, shopping, & people watching. Rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was nice with biscuits & gravy, eggs, cereal, bagels, & muffins. Staff were friendly & attentive to requests. Would certainly stay here again.
