Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, some of them kinda shady but this one takes the cake. Owner/ manager is the rudest guy ever and yells at everyone also over charges for everything even charged $50 for a $5 towel that was used to wipe up a small soda spill  and could easily have just been washed. The only reason we stayed here in the first place was it was the only place available for 100 miles.

Worst hotel ever 

Was trying to help a challenged friend down on his luck.  He had already paid for 2 nights and we paid for another which was just about the same as what a week would cost.  Lady said that she wasn't the owner and couldn't let him change to a week.  They definitely don't mind taking advantage of a situation.  Shameful.

Took advantage of

I've stayed here a month and half, even though I have had no wifi what so ever.  The free breakfast is fruitloops.  Warning do not pay for more than one night at a time.  I was paying for a week at a time.  Got laid off and after staying here a month and half they would not refund me a dollar of the following week already paid for.  There cats every where they sit at your door and meow for you to feed them.  If you stay here only pay day by day.  I have five kids just lost my job and these rotten people are keeping over 200 dollars from me because i prepaid.  I will not stay at a knights inn anywhere again.  There loss

Crooks

This place is amazingly bad.  The walls are painted brick, there are sheets and a bedspread (no blanket), no phone, no lamp (the only light is an outdoor porch light, mounted inside) and a space heater with a cut cord that has been twisted together without even electrical tape. 

I mistakenly relied on this being part of the Wyndham franchise to mean that it would be acceptable.  It is not.

Coupled with a price near $100, this is a definite MUST PASS.

Wow. No blanket, no lamp, no heat.

This is an old mom-and-pop motel that somehow has gotten chain affiliation. (The larger sign says Royal Inn, not Knights Inn.) The room only had one light -- a bare bulb attached to the wall near the door (no reading lamp or other light near the beds), no chair for the desk, no curtains (only blinds) to block exterior lights, wifi didn't work for the two days I was there, no breakfast area, rusted refrigerator, minimal continental breakfast even lacked coffee one day. I was sometimes unable to get anyone to the front desk. One plus: comfortable mattresses.
