Stopped off the interstate and checked in to be given a room that was not clean and air conditioner didn't work. Called down to front desk and was told no other rooms were available. Requested a refund and were told we wouldn't be charged however, we were charged anyway. In trying to contact hotel for our refund we keep getting someone with an answering service who doesn't speak good English and is very incompetent.

Me and my boyfriend decided to get away for the night just to enjoy some quiet time . He booked with this hotel and upon arriving we had a feeling things might be off. The check in took forever due to bad internet . We arrive at our room and it seemed ok. As the night went on we realized the “tv” aka fire stick didn’t work . We took our nightly shower and the entire bathroom was soaked ! The shower curtain was so disgusting I didn’t want it near me . There was hair from previous guests the floor was sticky and it was clear they didn’t clean correctly . That morning of check out , hotel employees kept rushing us to leave even up to an hour before check out . Approximately 10am we stepped OUTSIDE the room to smoke . house keeping noticed our door was cracked , she insisted we close it which we did . We continued smoking and went and cleaned up to check out . I showered and put on my favorite scents etc . We go to check out and they insist they check the room to receive our deposit back which was 50 dollars . They come back and say we smoked in the room and there’s a smoke scent . Mind you nothing was burned , we smoked outside an hour before checkout AND we showered etc how could the room smell like smoke? I believe her name is jasmine insisted that since we smoked she’s keeping 10 dollars of our deposit . If we smoked why not keep the full 50!? We ended up going back and forth with her and she was so excited to keep the money that if we kept arguing she’d keep the whole 50. This place is a scam ! They try to get money any way they can considering that no one is staying here! STAY FAR AWAY !!   Absolutely terrible experience! As there were other bystanders behind the desk they watched on as if they already knew about the scam , making sure she got her extra money from us . This place is sick ! We were racially profiled ! A gentleman next to us smoked at the same time , with his door completely open! But somehow he was fine and we lost money for doing nothing wrong ! Not to mention we didn’t even sleep in the bed and actual sheets we used our own blanket ! This place is a wreck ! They’re thieves !!! TERRIBLE !!!! Omg I can’t even

Thieves ! Stole our money !

We never made it inside the hotel, the place is such a dump. Do not waste your time. Police officer was sitting on the side of the hotel, and the gas station on the corner had action going on. The locked check in window reeked of odor and we tried to check in early evening. We lost our money because they refuse a refund because of the way we paid, don’t do business with family. Look to me like a drug and prostitute type hotel. Surprise they did not charge by the hour. If you like welfare hotel this is your place, otherwise stay away!

Scam! Scam ! Scam !! 
I book room with Expedia for $37, they get me with low price and nice pictures!!! 
After driving all day get to hotel at 10:40pm and owner of the hotel Indian guy start telling me what my price is change and he doesn’t have rooms for this price and I need pay additional $25 for room! What basically doesn’t make any sense because another hotels around “Baymont Inn” and “Super 8” have cheaper rate for night. Owner is very rude! Stay away!

We stopped for the night here on our trip,  The room was very clean and neat.  The shower was amazing with different settings on the shower head.  The staff was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our visits with them.

Very clean rooms

This was by far the worst hotel we've stayed in. We stayed here one night as we evacuated from a hurricane. It was a last minute decision, and one of the only remaining hotels available. The room felt dirty, the sheets and towels had stains all over them, and the toilet barely flushed. We could not wait to leave first thing in the morning! Also, they advertised free breakfast, but at 8:30am when we left, the front door was still locked and there was no breakfast in sight. Only plus was a microwave and fridge in the room.

Awful

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms were little to desire. The beds slept well, but the room didn't seem as though it had been cleaned thoroughly. I enjoyed my over experience, but cleanliness is something that could be improved on!

Okay at Best

Slept like a baby. That bed was to die for. The staff were great. The room was nice and clean. The bath was nice size. Our stay was very pleasant. Free WiFi. We arrived late and I had called and asked if they would turn air on so it would not be stuffy. They did and it was great

Was delightful

The hotel over all is not nice. It is run down and dirty but cheapest with a room available in the area. I spent the night in a room with a devective air conditioning unit so this morning it finally shorted out and stopped working. So I called the front desk and Marissa who works at the front desk during the day was very nice and accomodating. She was able to move me into another room in a timely fashion and was very nice even though she was short staffed for the day. Thank you Marissa you made my day a little less aggervating.
