The room was filthy. The room smelled like mildew. Holes in the wall and some kind of strange stain on the wall. Cigarette burns on the comforters  Looked like blood stains on the sheets. Cops were there a few times. Loud parties. Avoid this place there are much nicer motels nearby in Hiram or towards Acworth. The weekly price was ok but I wouldn't recommend staying there with your family.

This is by far the nastiest, most disgusting hotel we've stayed in EVER!! 75$ for 2 beds, one that just fell apart when our son sat on it. This place needs to be condemned, or have the health inspectors come in to do a thorough investigation.

Pure Filth!!!

Everything about that place was God awful. We had to ask for cleaning supplies, because the bathtub had hair. The floors look like the they were not clean since the place was built.There were dogs in the to the left side and right side of my room. They were not friendly at all.  I was afraid to sit on anything.   Just run! 

"Upgrade to the Bates Motel"

This is the nastiest place... our first room was roach city, our 2nd room wasnt any better... roaches, stains on the bed, just all around nasty and the people running this place acted like it was no big deal... avoid this place like the plague!!!

Just don't!!!!

This is the second time in a month I stayed at this motel. The first time, I went in blind. I needed a room in Dallas for two nights, quick access to downtown Dallas, Hiram and Lithia Springs and I needed it to be pet-friendly for one of the nights. This location came up on a travel site as being a Days Inn. It once was, but not now. On the telephone, I inquired about a military discount and was told they had none to offer. No big deal, just asking. The room we were in was not very clean and it seems pets aren't just allowed, one would almost think a dog is required in order to stay. Just walking on the sidewalk to the ice machine, set off barking I nearly every room. We did get free entertainment, though. The person in the next room left/was "evicted" or whatever and they loaded up all of his stuff from the room into his SUV (with the exception of his pitbull, which they left in the room).

Fast forward three weeks and I have an event to go o in the same vicinity. My group put out the host hotel information and I had to laugh...same place. Oh well. When I called for a reservation and mentioned the group I was with, the clerk misunderstood me and offered me a 5% military discount (three weeks ago, there was no military discount). The clerk at the desk when I checked in sorted it out and gave me the actual advertised group rate of $48. The room this time was much worse. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and unidentifiable "stuff" would float out of the drain immediately upon turning on the water. One of the two chairs in the room was extremely stained (so much so that I wouldn't even set my travel bag on it). The parking lot and sidewalks are covered in cigarette butts and just off the curb there was trash including dirty disposable diapers. Furniture out of the rooms just sits on the sidewalks. Just avoid this place.
