This place is terrible and its owner would not cancel our booking.com reservation request.  Wife and I felt unsafe.  Total BS dealing with this place.  Reported charges to CC company with an explanation.

Scary reviews and unsafe

Do not stay here! There was no electricity!! all power went out in the hotel about a half hour after arrival. When we requested a refund and check out the owners all of a sudden could not speak English. My first warning sign was when I first walked in the room it looked like a fight had taken place- pictures crooked, furniture misplaced. When we left the hotel I noticed several toothless patrons sitting outside discussing their "rock party" that they were about to have since everyone else was leaving. I'm surprised local police have not raided this fine establishment.

No electricity- meth motel

My daughter and her friend have had a reservation here for a year. When they went to check in today they were told they had no reservation even though they had a confirmation #. They still had rooms available but wanted $200 more! These people are out of their mind and greedy. Don't reserve a room here, the confirmation number means nothing.

Would give a zero if I could

I have stayed there about 3 weeks ago for a 3 day and 3 night, we have been trying to get in touch with the owner or a manager. I had 2 rooms upstairs one across from the other. There was a older guy there who would walk into our rooms and rub on our lower backs.... Please I advise women to not stay there alone its very disrespected guy. Other then that I the rooms was clean and nice especially the hot tub.

Rude and disrespected

My husband  was getting our luggage out the car.  The Indian guy at the front counter snatched my reservation sheet out of my hand when he saw my husband come in ( African American Male) and asked if he was staying with us. He said I'm not going to rent you a room anymore I was so confused as to why.  Will never go to that hotel. I have never experienced that in my entire life

Horrible Customer Service

My wife and I arrived at the Western Inn at about 9pm we had already book a room online and had our rate already. When we got to the desk we were able to get a cheaper room rate as walkin. We thought it was good deal,that we were just going to sleep there for one night and then move into our newly rented apartment the next day. However, this was not to be.. First,  I have a service animal, when I told them I had a service animal they freaked out and told me that they did not allow pets. I again told them that my dog was a service animal and they could not deny me lodging for having a service animal! At that point they demanded to see all of my documentation proving my dog was a service animal. Upon showing them the documents they reluctantly rented my wife and I the room. 
When we got to the room and opened the door the room temperature was about 98 degrees, we immediately  turned on the a/c and started to put our food away and found that not only was the room hot but the refrigerator was not working. My wife went to the front desk to ask for assistance in cooling the room and to replace or repair the refrigerator in the room. The manager told her to plug the refrigerator up and shake the wires and it should be cold in 20-30 minutes.  Well after we plugged it up and found out that it wasn't working and neither was the A/C unit. We just could not get comfortable in the room even after being in a car for almost 12 hours. The room was dingy, smelly poorly lit,cramped totally unkept and not well maintained. After about 40 minutes in the room we went back up to the front desk and demanded our money back. We traveled another 30 minutes north of that location and found a hotel that clearly had higher cleaning and maintenance  standards and understood the concept of customer service.
