Upon checking in, I was asked by the front desk clerk if I had any pets. I said no. Per ADA guidelines, Service animals are working animals, not pets. Therefore, I answered the question correctly.
I was not asked if I had any service animals. Upon entering my hotel room with both my registered service dogs, within 10 seconds my phone rang with the front desk clerk yelling and screaming to “ get the f&ck out of the hotel right now.” I tried to explain that they were nationally registered service dogs, and are used to help in the aid of my frequent seizures, however the irate hotel desk employee refused to listen to me so I could educate him on the situation. He screamed to get the f…. off the premises right that very second.
Due to him being very hostile and refusing to listen to me, I decided it would be best to leave the property as he screamed at me to do with no further attempts to speak to him in a civil manner. He was obviously too upset to do so in a civilized manner.
My debit card was charged the full 80 dollars, and not refunded. I was in the room for less that 10 seconds and kicked out for having registered service dogs. This charge is against the law and ADA rules.
I have reported this hotel to the ADA as well as the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Patel Owned and awful experience. The owners are criminals! BEWARE!

Would give 0 stars if I could. As soon as I walked in the room, I was disgusted. Floors, walls, furniture, everything was nasty. Employee was extremely rude when I asked if we could get another room or a discount or something. Very hateful and did not care at all. Especially after giving a $25 deposit.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

DISGUSTING and very rude staff.

We will NEVER stay here again.  Room was dirty, bedsheet had a cigarette burn hole, beds looked like they had been sat in when we arrived, checkout staff was abrupt. If another hotel had been available we would not have stayed at the property.

Apple Festival Ellijay

The Good: Nice staff. Clean linens. Nice mattress.  The Bad: Everything else!  Busted doorframes glued together.  Black mold along top of shower backing.  Torn fabric on lamps. Horrible cleaning smell that gave me a headache.  Numerous burned-out spots on the TV screen.  Oldest telephone in existence.  Third-hand furniture. Numerous large plaster spots done by a 3rd grader. 
Note: I would not have stayed here if not for all the lodging with-in 40 miles being full and my being too tired to travel further.  And I was traveling without my wife.

Worst Motel I've Ever Stayed At

First night remote control to tv did not work properly; nothing was done about it. Middle of night huge roach in bathroom. The people here do not treat you like a "customer" should be treated. When I called and asked for batteries for the remote, "We are eating dinner, afterwards!"  No, did not care what or who they were doing it with, you dont put off of customer especially for a small igdm.I have 3 fractures and walked down to office to get it mywelf.

Have had several Inn's treat me better as in "Customers come first" !!

It was so bad we walked away from the place and went to Best Western in Ellijay.  This place should be taken off web sites reservations.  Rude counter help and was probably owner.  Add is very, very, very  deceiving. Drive past and find another place.

Not many places to stay in Jasper, GA at 2am.  This was not too easy to spot from the highway, but we were glad to find it.  Nice, clean, comfortable room.  Would stay there again.  Breakfast is over at 9am, so we missed it.

Good choice

in the office/breakfast area the smell  of curry about knocked you out! were still inroom when cleaning staffknocked on door-told them we werenot ready yet and they  said yes now. oldermotel. no elevator or business center to geton internet. wifi available but signal was very poor. did have a nice pool and view of the mountains tho.
