There were renovations going on however, it was still a nice hotel to stay at. The bed was very comfortable, clean and smells good. They provided breakfast. Check-in was easy and the staff was nice. There's a good Mexican restaurant and waffle house walking distance from there.

Room are newly renovated… staff is friendly … rooms were clean and smelled fresh … Ms.Jayshri and Ms. Barbara was really friendly and helpful… enjoyed staying there and was overall amazing experience… 😊😊👍looking forward to stay again…👍😊

Was an amazing experience

Scammers. They are complete scammers. They lie to give reason to charge your card  for so called damage. They charged my card $ 250 and then $150 for damages to rooms with no proof of thieir accusations and we had already closed the invoice and paid in full over $1500. The lobby was so strong with some bitter accent it literally made me cry. The hall smelled like a busted coloscopy bag and the pool was not in service due to failed  health inspections. I think the Manager was smoking crack cause she acted real sketchy and paranoid. roaches, roaches roaches. Scammers !!!!

Newly renovated very nice.  Staff at the Front desk are very pleasant and friendly.  The rooms look very clean and spacious.  Very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend to anyone who's traveling in the area. 👍👍😊😊

Very Nice Hotel

Great customer service and newly renovated. New owner has lots of improvements on hotel. Also looking much better then previous owner. I stayed there few nights and no complaints. Staff at hotels are incredible and very welcoming.  Love too use this Quality Inn Jefferson,Ga on our future travels.

Newly renovated

The property is newly renovated and looks fantastic! The room was very clean an comfortable. Staff is superb! I definitely recommend this hotel. They have all the amenities, a cozy atmosphere, and wonderful staff! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Stay!

The thing clean at this property were the bed linens.  $89 + tax=$111.  The room was filthy nasty with a huge black mold area in the ceiling above the shower head, the tub was dirty & needs to be thoroughly cleaned with a magic eraser, the commode tank top had a layer of dust & some small debris covering it, the bathroom tiles had black & dusty dirty accumulation around the the toilet & walls.  The closet bifold door spring was broken, the pictures glasses were coated with a dirty film & dried dripping on them.  I could not touch anything in the room because it was so unsanitary.  I suspect this hotel has cut costs on cleaning supplies housekeeper hours.  The parking is terrible but manageable.  This is the only hotel at I-85N Exit 137.  If they would just clean & be noteworthy for impeccable cleanliness this hotel would thrive & do well in my opinion.  They need to do a thorough cleaning of the entire property.  The front entrance glass doors were dirty with smudges & a film; this is a tell-tale sign of the property.  I didn’t dare attempt continental breakfast or handle the tv remote without wiping it with a towelettes.  It’s a downright horrible place to stay because it’s so filthy dirty and completely unsanitary.

Property is completely Unsanitary!!!

I picked this hotel based on reviews, price & location to where I needed to be.  It was difficult to find the entrance and I had to do a u-turn several times.
When I walked to my room, the hall smelled musty.  Got into my room and the a/c was not on and the room was kind of musty smelling too.  Once I turned on the a/c and brought in my little fan from the car things got better.
The next day my friend checked in & mentioned how bad her room smelled.  I went to her room and almost gagged.  It smelled like a dirty, damp, musty basement.  Now I knew where that smell in the hallway was coming.  We reported it to the front desk and the owner's wife did not want to be helpful at all.  She wanted to charge my friend for the room even though she hadn't brought luggage in, sat on the bed or used the bathroom.  The little lady finally moved my friend up stairs to another room.  But she told us repeatedly that the room did not smell - there were 3 of us who can vouch how horrible that room was.  
Breakfast was a joke - staff (the same little lady) used her fingers to restock a danish. Round scrambled eggs were put out 3 at a time with 3 sausage patties.  They were cold.  
The first night I noticed a clump of hair in the corner of my bathroom.  My room was serviced the next day but the clump of hair remained.  I put out the do-not-disturb sign the next 2 mornings.  My room was serviced that 3rd day - they ignored the do-not-disturb tag and yep, the clump of hair was still there.  It was still there when I left.  I know it's not mine because my hair is gray.
I was embarrassed by this hotel because I recommended this place to 2 other groups.
Oh yea, this place had no elevator! 
When I got home & unpacked all my belongings - dirty and clean - smelled musty.  Even my cpap mask!!

Not what I had expected.

Room was clean, neat and the bed was fine. Noisy neighbors at all hours in their rooms as well as the hallway.  I overshot the location 3-4 times for it's difficult to see and I had a problem finding it.

Not Bad

I called before our stay and asked if there was an elevator.  There is NOT.  It does not state anywhere on the website that there is not an elevator, but we had just had the same issue the week before.  The person at the desk said it would be no problem, he would save us a room on the 1st floor, because my mother in law can't make it up stairs.  We arrived at the hotel and we were told I requested our 2 rooms next to each other and I told him that I have called and request a room on the 1st floor.  He did do everything he could to make us happy.  We ended up with 2 kings and a cot in 1 room.  That worked out fine and we were happy until we returned from supper.  The lady at the front desk does nothing to accommodate the guest.  We heard yelling in the hall.  She was arguing with another guest.  She argued with us needing more towels with the extra person in our room and wanted us to pay for the extra person in our room, even though it had all been worked out.  The management parks their cars under the covered drive through area, so it is hard for guest to check in, unload and drop off elderly at door.  As much money as I was spending for this at the most 2 star hotel, I expect better.  Oh and the towel rack in the 2nd room broke.  There was standing water in the parking lot.  Parking area was dark.  We will not be staying here again.  In fact, after the past two stays in a Quality Inn, I will not be staying in any Quality Inn.
