When I was looking around for decent priced hotels this popped up. I did not look to much into it but when we got into the room it had a little bit of a smell to it for being a non smoking room. The air conditioner was iffy. The wall cutouts for the fridge and microwave were very poorly done and looked rush. Sink/bathroom area wasn't terribly dirty but was not the cleanest. 
However the good thing I can say was the beds were comfortable

Okay deal, poor outcome

I had pre-booked from my home in Vienna, Austria, because I wanted something close 
 enough to Atlanta airport, but at a lower price than the properties at the airport.
When I arrived I had to wait at the night window (6.30 pm) and was neither told about breakfast times nor given the password for Wi-Fi.  
The lobby was not accessible to me at any time.  Even for breakfast I had to ring (at the night window again!) repeatedly before the owner slurred along at a snail's pace and let me in relucyantly.  No apologies were offered.  Breakfast was really basic, no toast, just milk and cereals.  No fresh fruit, of course!
Again, I had to ring repeatedly when I wanted to check out - even at 10 am the lobby was left unattended.  The owner did not even seem concerned when I told him that I considered his attitude unacceptable and would certainly never come back again! I also told him that I would write a negative review for trip advisor - again, he just showed no concern.
So, here it is!  Not a great beginning of my holiday and certainly not representative of Georgia's hospitality, I hope!!!

Not to be recommended

This is a family owned and operated business although they were very kind even called a cab for me to the airport... this place is a nightmare ...smelly ,dirty , rundown ...not worth it at all ...stay away.

Avoid

I'm very familiar with the area of Clayton County, but this establishment was nothing but OUTSTANDING!!  I only live 45 minutes away from this area, but I've been working and I wanted to rest.  Royal Inn, was my savior for the night. Missing a few light bulbs, but the fridge & microwave worked fine!  I even had Wi-Fi @ this price!! When I have to revisit and do work on this side of town,   I will have no hesitations, even with outdoor access.

Don't let the great rates scare you!!

My wife and i had been wanting to check out the jacuzzi suites. They charge 150 dollars a day extremely overpriced. Upon check in we we had to go to the office for sgeets for the bed as it had none. UponUpon waking uo i find i can get no coffee till 7am this hotel likes to keep bankers hours. My key quit working and they wanted to let me in my 150 dollar room but not fix my key we shall never stay here again and suggest you not either.
