I've been trying to get weekly rates and make a reservation but nobody ever answers the phone.  We were hoping to spend quite some time there, but I tried for two weeks to get through with no luck.  You can't reserve online either.

I think my experience was very interesting i mean the rooms was okay i see improvement but it was relaxong i really dont see why like on a sunday you have a key problem itd hard to get in contact with any one but overall i rate my experience with a 4.

Mr Nottage

The security tries to fight residents and visitors. The rooms have roaches. There are gang members, prostitutes, drug dealers and neglectful parents there who let there children run wild all over the property begging for money. The room service is horrible and the management staff is irresponsible. They even keep you from visiting family members who may live there. The showers are nasty and the walls are thin. There is NO gym or weight room and there are prostitutes who be out all hours of the day and night. Groups of people always in the stairwells and drug activity on site. I wouldn't recommend staying at that place.

Very nasty disgusting place

I found myself in a hotel, it was a little frustrating but Home 1 is a  perfect place to stay while in between home such as myself. The Staff is very friendly they answer your questions in a timely manner, and the neigbors are quite you wouldn't expect that out of a Hotel. I like the fact they have constant security walking around, so that it it's self makes you feel at little less uneased. Overall a good place to stay if you need something short or long term

Short Term Stay

very thankful to have a place in my time of need. customer service was outstanding. the place was extremely clean and was accessible to the highway. There were lots of stores nearby and plenty of gas stations.

Home 1 Extended Stay was one of the best extended stay I ever stayed in . It’s was clean and very well kept no roaches and they were understanding and very respectful. I wouldn’t mind staying here again .

Lovely staff nice place security and great prices ,washers and dryers on site vending machines, school close by to hotel , kroger shopping plaza nearby and quicktrip, marta close right infront pf hotel pet friendly,

Great place

I stayed for five months the front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing. There were roaches everywhere and people smoking and drinking and selling drugs in the parking lot. I witnessed domestic violence daily. Small children running through the parking lot and up and down the stairs babies crying day and night. Women fighting over men. Drug rooms and gambling. Running store out of rooms. Prostitution. Every time you leave the room somebody's asking for a cigarette or money. It's so noisy it's impossible to sleep. People gambling in the breezeway and in the laundry room. The washer and dryers are poorly kept and have a use at your own risk sign. They allow dogs and the tenants allow the dogs to crap everywhere be careful where you sit! It stinks like urine. If you leave anything on the floor they charge you 40$ . They penalize you 3$ for using a debit card instead of cash! Who carries cash living in a dump? The groundskeeper's wife who isn't employed by home1 guards him and if you ask him a question she loses her mind. I've seen her threaten women for speaking to him. The Management's attitude is "Everyone knows not to speak to him cuz she's crazy! There are sexual predators living there because they can't live anywhere else. There are no sidewalks to get around the bus system is pitiful it takes hours to get 15 minutes away! There have been several deaths this year alone crossing the street in front of home1 . People get evicted and sleep outside or in the laundry room. The trash can stays full and stinks. This place needs to be shut down and burned to the ground. Nobody should be allowed to live here. When I quit paying monthly because I was waiting for my place to be ready the manager Angel had an attitude! Like I was going to stay there forever! The security guard is too busy laying up with different women and too scared to do his job properly. He started a fire in the office and he and other tenants covered it up to save his job so they can keep selling drugs and alcohol and women. I was literally terrified my last 2months there I didn't know if I was going to be raped or killed. I reported on several men for stalking. Don't move in this place!!!! It's not safe.

Five months of hell

I was expecting subpar service but was greatly impressed by the staff, the room, and the Price. I will be coming back when I am back in town working. The front e\desk girls are very helpful and polite. Truly satisfied...

Satisfied completly

Great price, location, wifi and cable. However, there is no quiet!. You can hear everything in the next room. Then there's everything that going on outside your door.  there are gangs of guys roaming around the building at all hours hanging out, smoking, drinking alcohol, talking loud, everything cussing, swearing, and cursing. It's like they never learned any other normal words.  These guys stand out side your door or sit on the stairs talking on their cells or rapping to some song. There is no security patrols so they just do what ever they want. They sit on the stairs and don't just get out of the way when they see you coming you have ask them to move. Then there are kids running around playing on the stairs screaming yelling, all day long! Where is management? There are all these rules they have that prohibit all of these things. But there's no enforcement. If you come there buy some ear plugs or noise reduction earphones. They need to provide 24/7 security that enforces the rules so that people can relax and enjoy their stay here. If they don't do that , they'll be what they are a LOUD Uncomfortable Piece of Crap! This is a simple management issue that shouldn't be this way. Bad management, lazy management mismanagement
